Ranjan is an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN. He loves teaching, reading, running, attempting to play sports, traveling, and binge-watching shows.

He won the Donald R. and Nora Barry Fischer ’73 Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence in 2020, immediately prior to struggling to teach effectively in the midst of a global pandemic.
