My reflections about the lessons
Understanding Diversity
By understanding diversity we learned that each people are unique and diverse. We learn to accept, recognize, and respect individualism thus further exploring and discovering not just ourselves but also other members of the community.
By Addressing diversity, We develop different approaches for different needs of each learners which in turn enhances the teaching skills and learning curriculum.
We as part of a diverse world learns to promote equality by building empathy and awareness connected by bonds and ties not just due to legal and ethical responsibilities but as a part of a community.
As we learn and understand diversity, We as the future educators enhances our teaching skills and broaden our knowledge. It helps us understand and navigate the different cultures, traditions, and customs.
By Acknowledging and respecting diversity, wepromoting equity and ensures that everyone has access to opportunities and is treated fairly, regardless of their background.
Models of Disability
By understanding different models of Disability. we acknowledge that disability is not only judge by a single criteria nor could we easily extinguish the root of all prejudice simple by addressing it, it will take long process that may last year, maybe decades, but at least we're trying to lessen the burden that our PWD brothers and sisters experience. we are trying to move our society in an equal and just world where we could showcase our ability in our full potential with the support of every individual.
We, as individuals should promote inclusion by removing societal barriers rather than treating the individual as a problem by creating new policies and law which would lead to more effective systems (healthcare, education, and employment). Let us break societal norms and encourages growth, not just for individuals with disabilities, but also those without thus would lead to a more diverse and enriched society.
Special and Inclusive Education
Education are wings that would help us reach new heights. Education is a privilege that not many can achieve. Each faces different challenges and struggle. In this fast-paced world, the only way that we would not be left out is to continuously learn. If us who are considered 'normal' struggles to stay afloat, what more to those people with disabilities.
With the help of Special Education, everyone gains the right to study, socialize, and participate regardless of their race, gender, religion and disability.
By defining education, we achieve inclusion and an equal world to those with or without disability. It helps us recognize that education is not merely about acquiring knowledge, but also about fostering critical thinking, personal development, and social responsibility. By understanding its definition, we can better design educational systems and policies that meet the diverse needs of individuals and communities.
As a future educator, it is very crucial to understand special education because it equips us with the knowledge and skills needed to support students with diverse learning needs. Learning it helps us break down barriers and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and their families, contributing to a more compassionate and inclusive community.
Making Schools Inclusive
By making school inclusive, we are creating a safe and judgmental free society. fostering kids to understand and not letting them to be confine in a small world. allowing them to understand that there are kids that are different from them, broadening their understanding to the world without prejudice, shaping their mind to future biases and to grow without the bound of societal/ traditional norm. Making schools inclusive is essential because it ensures that all students, regardless of their backgrounds, abilities, or needs, have equal access to quality education. By facing the world as it is in a young age. we could make a new society without fear of being judge just because you are different.
By making school inclusive, we prepare students for real-world experiences by reflecting the diverse society we live in. By embracing inclusivity, schools can nurture well-rounded, socially aware individuals who are equipped to contribute positively to their communities.
By embracing and promoting inclusive education, schools can create an enriching and dynamic learning experience that empowers all students to reach their full potential.
“If everyone was taught sign language at an early age, a deaf person would no longer be disadvantaged. If towns were built and planned with physical disabilities in mind and there was no social stigma attached to looking or sounding different, then having a physical impairment would no longer be disabling.”

My General Reflection of the lessons
In conclusion, I believe that understanding diversity, exploring models of disability, and embracing special and inclusive education, we are creating an educational environment that is supportive of every student, were they would not be judge just based on their background, ethnicity, or disabilities. As a future educator, we play a crucial role in making schools inclusive by embracing and advocating for these values and as a student it is important for us to understand diversity, so that we can advocate for change and promote inclusivity, by ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach and showcase their full potential. By advocating Inclusivity, We create a supportive classroom environment, and enabling culture of respect and acceptance to grow and foster and by understanding diversity, exploring models of disability, and embracing special and inclusive education we are creating an inclusive and supportive environment, not only for the learners like us but also for the people around us.
Let us create a community where every individual feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to succeed. Let everyone be brothers and sisters, connected not by blood but by heart.. Lets embrace inclusivity to our ever changing, diverse world.
