This Privacy Policy describes how Randos ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information. Randos is designed as a simple, distraction-free random number generator where all core processing is performed locally on your device.
We process information based on the following legal grounds:
● Consent: When you interact with the app.
● Legitimate Interests: To ensure the app functions correctly and to improve user experience through anonymous analytics.
Core Functionality: Randos generates random numbers locally. We do not collect, store, or transmit the numbers you generate or your min/max settings. Third-Party Services: To maintain app quality and optimize distribution, we integrate the following third-party platforms:
● Firebase (Google): Used for crash reporting and basic app lifecycle analytics.
● Attribution & Analytics Platforms: We may use industry-standard tools to understand how users find our app and which features are most used. These tools may collect technical data such as your IP address, device ID (e.g., ADID), and app interaction events.
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee privacy matters.
● Name: [Tech-Minimalist]
● Contact: dm1588242@gmail.com
● Right to Know: You have the right to know if your data is shared. We only share anonymized technical data with the service providers mentioned in Section 2 to help us run the app.
● No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data. You have the right to be certain that your information is not being traded for profit.
● Opt-Out: You can opt-out of data sharing for analytics/attribution purposes at any time via the "Settings" menu in the app or by adjusting your Android device’s "Privacy > Ads" settings.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
● Technical Logs: Crash reports and analytics are typically retained by third-party platforms (like Firebase) for a period of 60 days to 14 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
● Local Data: Any history generated in the app remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app.
Under global privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA), you have the following rights:
● Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
● Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
● Deletion: You may request that we delete the personal data we have collected.
● Right to Complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority) if you believe our processing violates privacy laws.
Our app uses SDKs from Google (Firebase). We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy regarding how they handle data processed through these services.
