Easy to warm or cook:
Rice & Beans - 350 for about 45 minutes.
Enchiladas - Cook covered with foil at 375 degrees for about 25 min then remove foil for just a few more minutes until cheese melts. The time might need to be adjusted depending on your oven.
It is very important to let enchiladas stand about 5 min before serving to let cheese tighten back up.
