Postdoctoral Researcher | HarvardRana Shahout
I am a Postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, working with Michael Mitzenmacher and Minlan Yu. I am also supported by Schmidt Futures, Zuckerman Institute and the Israeli Council for Higher Education.
Before that, I was a Ph.D. student at the CS department at Technion, advised by Roy Friedman, and received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the same department. Between 2012-2016 I worked at Mellanox (Nvidia now). From June-September 2018, I interned at Yahoo!, and during the summer of 2022, I was a research intern at Conell-Tech, New York.
I am mainly interested in algorithms for data driven systems.
My favorite place to spend Saturdays
