after I started playing again after a very long time, an important question arises for me. How the hell can I change the contents of lunchboxes in version 1.9? First I use the backup program from the appstore but I don't want to create any content with the savegame editor. I think it's a good compromise to occasionally take some money in hand to reward the developers but the contents of the lunchboxes are even worse than before so I want at least a little control over the contents.

In the past it was possible to create a backup, open a lunchbox and if only junk was included, import the backup to get new content half an hour later. That doesn't seem to work anymore. I've tried re-sorting the boxes, meanwhile rushing rooms and levelling up dwellers, but the contents always seem to stay the same. Does anyone know more about how the content can now be changed? I couldn't find anything about version 1.9 in the FAQ or in the newer comments.

Most of you probably know about the lunchbox glitch that was patched up in the lastest release of Fallout Shelter. The one where you can stay in tutorial mode forever and keep getting tutorial level quests, 2/3 of which are lunchbox rewards.

Although it is not as overpowered as the previous lunchbox glitch, it can provide an easy tutorial reward once per day, some of which are lunchbox rewards. I.e. Level up 1 dweller, collect 50 water, equip 1 outfit, or successfully rush 1 room.

So far, in the last 2-3 days that I've tried this, I've gotten the level up 1 dweller quest and collect 50 water quest, which each give you a lunchbox. This is above the normal 4 lunchboxes you would receive doing the tutorial quests normally.

Conceivably, as long as you don't actually sell a weapon or outfit while the quest is active, you can get a tutorial level quest once per day. I'm not guaranteeing a lunchbox tutorial level quest once per day, I'm just saying it will continually cycle through the available tutorial level quests once per day. Someone with more time on their hands can do a more through test.

Since it's not as OP as the previous glitch, it's not as boring to play because you aren't "grinding", but you can almost reward yourself with an easy lunchbox quest while moving the game forward, which is a nice reward for playing everyday I think.

After fast-forwarding time for 9 days, a day at a time. I ended up with about 13 lunchboxes in total (used 2 lunch boxes to get at least one weapon and one outfit). 4 lunchboxes came from normal tutorial quests, 1 free on 7th day, 8/9 lunchboxes by dismissing a tutorial quest per day. (It is possible to get more lunchboxes per day if you play normally as there are other quests that give out lunchboxes)

What I also found was that it was not guaranteed that after you've glitched the first tutorial quest, that the next tutorial quest would be, Sell One Weapon or Outfit. In fact, it could be any tutorial quest. The important take away here is that, no matter how tempting it is to complete the next tutorial quest, don't do it, even if it's a lunchbox one. Once, you've completed the "last" tutorial quest, the game will play as normal.

In Mumbai, Ila is a young wife seeking her husband Rajeev's attention. She tries to put romance back into her marriage by cooking delicious lunches for him. However, when she tries to send the lunchbox to his office, the dabbawala system which is to deliver his lunch has a mix-up, and the lunchbox accidentally reaches Saajan Fernandes instead. Saajan is a widower who is about to retire from his accountancy job. When Ila realises the mistake she writes a letter to Saajan informing him of the mix-up and places it in the lunchbox the next day. An exchange of messages between Ila and Saajan via the lunches thus ensues, igniting a friendship between the two, as they share memories and events from their lives.

At his job, Saajan is tasked with training his replacement Aslam Sheikh. Socially distant after his wife's death, Saajan is initially reluctant to interact with Sheikh and train him. After Sheikh reveals that he is an orphan who taught himself accounting, Saajan gradually warms to him; eventually the duo strike a close friendship. At one point, Saajan saves Shaikh's job by covering for his blatant mistakes and becomes his best man at his marriage. Meanwhile, after Ila finds out that Rajeev is having an affair, she gives up hope on rekindling her marriage. In one of the lunchbox letters, she suggests moving to Bhutan where the cost of living is much cheaper than in India. Saajan writes back suggesting that the two move there together. Ila then offers to meet in person at a popular restaurant but at the appointed time, Saajan does not show up. Upon receiving an empty lunchbox on the next day, Saajan writes back to the dejected Ila and apologises to her, saying that he did arrive and saw her from a distance but could not approach her. He explains how young and beautiful she looked, while surmising that he is too old for her and advising her to move on.

Some time later, Ila's father, battling with lung cancer, dies in the care of her mother who confesses how unhappy her marriage was. Ila gets the address of Saajan's office only to learn from Sheikh that he has already retired and headed to Nashik. She writes a last farewell message to Saajan announcing that she has decided to leave Rajeev and move to Bhutan with her young daughter. Meanwhile, Saajan changes his mind and returns to Mumbai. The film ends with Ila waiting for her daughter to return from school and Saajan heading to her house with the dabbawala who regularly picked up and delivered the eponymous lunchbox.

Principal photography lasted 29 days, with a majority of the film's scenes done in three weeks. Afterwards, footage taken in a documentary manner were shot. Mumbai's famous dabbawalas were provided actual lunchboxes to deliver, and followed by a four-member film crew, which filmed the process in documentary style.[7][10][11]

I don't think it's just my own wistfulness that makes these recreations so darn good. The texture is delightful, and the alchemy of peanut butter and M&Ms is tough to beat. A homemade version, of course, lacks the convenience or flash of a lunchbox treat. It does, however, come pleasingly close in the flavor department.

Some restaurants have forgone the use of traditional printed menus in favor of digital menus that can only be accessed by scanning a QR code. "Lunchbox" is the second single and the third track of the first album Portrait of an American Family. It was inspired by a piece of legislation dating back to 1972, which makes it illegal to have metal lunchboxes in schools. The song tells the story of a school age child who is bullied and uses his own lunchbox as a weapon in retaliation, waiting for the day he can "grow up to be a big rock & roll star" who is never intimidated by others. The earliest recording of this song dates back to the band's After School Special cassette tape, released in December 1991.

The music video directed by Richard Kern on September 19, 1994,[1] features a boy being bullied by two older students. The boy goes home, fed up with the way he is treated, and shaves his head and prepares for any future retaliation against the bullies with his metal lunchbox. The boy later goes to the rollerskating rink where Marilyn Manson is performing. The boy gives Manson his lunchbox, which Manson lights on fire and parades around. The video ends with the boy staring into the burning lunchbox. It is one of the few music videos with Manson performing without wearing makeup.
