Expectations for Virtual Meetings

• Respect (all language and visuals, including background and gestures, will be appropriate and respectful)

• Be prepared and on time (read agenda, prepare responses)

• Keep your mic muted until called upon by the meeting leader (usually Shep)

RATIONALE:

We need to stay connected as a program during this "shutdown."

We need to be on the same page and ready to hit the field as soon as we are allowed.

The Meets are divided into groups by experience for 2 primary reasons: a) keep the groups smaller for better participation; b) the comments and questions are more likely to be relevant to players of similar experience level (Does a returning Senior need the same info as a new Freshman?) But there are NO SECRETS in these meets, so feel free to listen in to any and all of them.
