Key Differences Between Fried and Non-Fried Instant Noodle Production Lines
Key Differences Between Fried and Non-Fried Instant Noodle Production Lines
Instant noodles are typically precooked and dried using a combination of steaming and deep-frying, a method commonly employed by most manufacturers. However, advancements in food processing technology have enabled the production of instant noodles using steaming and hot-air drying. Our company specializes in non-fried instant noodle production lines, an increasingly popular alternative to traditional deep-fried methods.
Pre-cooked dried noodles are steamed before being dried in specialized machines, whereas stick noodles—similar to Italian spaghetti—are 'dried raw noodles' that undergo a low-temperature drying process while hanging. Stick noodles retain the natural flavor of raw noodles and closely resemble fresh Asian noodles in taste and texture. Additionally, we manufacture Da San Jiang noodle machines capable of producing frozen fresh wet noodles, available in both pre-cooked and raw variations.
