Hot-Air-Drying Instant Noodle Production Line DN Serial Showcase

Featuring automatic batch operation optional secondary pressure cooking, this is a hot-air-dried instant noodle plant (600mm pressure roller system), constructed and installed in Germany by our team. Similar noodle production lines are also provided by us in Vietnam and Myanmar. The production line features automatic shape adjustment of noodle blocks in the noodle tray arrays and automatic stacking of noodle tray holders before the stacks are placed in the batch operation noodle steamers. A hanging basket dryer can be used instead. And then the stacks of noodle blocks are conveyed to the noodle dryer. The output capacity of the complete set of instant noodles production line is 300,000 packs or 20 tons of dry noodle blocks per day.
Optional pressure cookers are to improve the elasticity texture of the noodle products. This step takes place after the stacking of noodle tray arrays and before finally, the heated-air-drying unit operation.

Corn starch, potato starch, tuber starch, maida (refined wheat flour) or rice flour are used as raw material. This is a fully automatic corn starch glass vermicelli instant noodle production line (4 lanes) in Indonesia, designed, built and installed by Heshan Machinery. Its capacity is 4 tons of dry wavy vermicelli instant noodle blocks per 8-hour shift.
This production line uses rice as raw material by default. Rice processing equipment includes rice soaking tank, rice mill and rotary drum vacuum filter or filter press (wet milling system); or rice moisturing tank, pulverizing machine, precooking and pellet extrusion (semi-dry milling system).

What are the key differences between fried and non-fried instant noodle production lines?
Typically, instant noodles are precooked and dried through steaming and deep-frying processes, a standard method used by most manufacturers. However, recent technological advancements have enabled the production of instant noodles using steaming and hot-air drying, an area where our company excels, particularly in non-fried instant noodle making machines. This alternative production line is gaining popularity. Pre-cooked dried noodles are usually steamed before being dried in machines, whereas stick noodles, resembling Italian spaghetti, are essentially 'dried raw noodles' made by drying raw noodles on hangers in a low-temperature drying chamber. Stick noodles retain the flavor of raw noodles and have the taste of fresh Asian noodles. Furthermore, we manufacture Heshan noodles machines that produce frozen fresh wet noodles, either pre-cooked or raw.
