DEANNEXATION AGREEMENT (OCTOBER APPOINTMENTS)
Prior to your appointment, your current balance with RML will be determined. For some shareholders, this could be a credit balance. For a large number, it will be $0. For others it may be that you owe RML some amount of money
On the day of your appointment, bring a check and a form of ID. Please try to be as close to your scheduled time as possible
If the shareholding property is part of a trust, please bring documentation that shows that you have access to that property.
You will sign an agreement/contract of de-annexation. This will be notarized and counter-signed by an officer or Board member of RML. This will be returned to you after it is filed with the county (which may be weeks to months in the future). You will also be given a receipt which you can hold on to as evidence of de-annexation until your contract is returned.
