There is also the Museo Picasso that Ralph Delius has deemed a must see. The museum has an array of the early work of Picasso that is simply stunning and admirable. It is also interesting and exciting to learn about the Catalan culture that evolves around the city.

Bangkok – Thailand

Bangkok in Thailand was named one of the best places to visit during 2010 to 2013, and still remains a favorite destination for Ralph Delius. Thailand is full of delicious sweet and spicy food that is almost always readily available at the numerous street food stalls.

Ralph Delius also recommends taking a long tail boat tour around the Chao Phraya River as a great way to relax and see the various sites and scenes.

Siem Reap – Cambodia

This Cambodian city is a great place for adventurous travelers such as Ralph Delius as there are so many places to explore. The Angkor Wat is one of the most well known attractions and historical sites. It is recognized as the largest religious monument in the world and its origins date back to the 12 century.

There are also countless art galleries and museums to visit around the city center accompanied by many other beautiful sites.

Kyoto – Japan

Kyoto has a rich history with many popular sites such as Kyoto Gosho Palace and the Zen gardens that overlook the Kamogawa River.
