Contact Details: Mobile Number (visible to matching donors/recipients).
Location Data: We collect real-time location data to notify nearby donors of urgent blood requests.
Your data is strictly used for matching donors with those in need. Specifically:
Location is used for proximity notifications.
Phone numbers facilitate direct communication for urgent blood needs.
We do NOT use your data for advertising or marketing.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. In cases of blood requests, your name and phone number will be displayed to matching members only.
Users have the right to delete their accounts at any time. Deleting your account will remove all your personal data from our servers.
Our services are intended for individuals who can legally donate blood. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

'রক্তবন্ধু' অ্যাপে আপনাকে স্বাগতম। এই পলিসিটি আমাদের অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার সময় আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার এবং সুরক্ষিত রাখা হয় তা বর্ণনা করে।
আমরা নিচের তথ্যগুলো সংগ্রহ করি:
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য: নাম, ইমেইল।
যোগাযোগের তথ্য: মোবাইল নাম্বার (রক্তদাতা এবং গ্রহণকারীর মধ্যে যোগাযোগের জন্য)।
লোকেশন বা অবস্থান: নিকটস্থ রক্তদাতাদের জরুরি মেসেজ পাঠানোর জন্য আপনার অবস্থান ট্র্যাক করা হয়।
আপনার তথ্যগুলো শুধুমাত্র রক্তদান সংক্রান্ত সেবার উদ্দেশ্যেই ব্যবহার করা হয়। যেমন:
নিকটস্থ রক্তদাতাদের নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানো।
সরাসরি যোগাযোগের সুবিধা দেওয়া।
আমরা কখনই আপনার তথ্য বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য ব্যবহার করি না।
আমরা আপনার তথ্য কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করি না। সকল তথ্য সুপাবেজ (Supabase) এর নিরাপদ সার্ভারে সংরক্ষিত থাকে। শুধুমাত্র রক্তদানের অনুরোধের সময় আপনার নাম ও ফোন নাম্বার সংশ্লিষ্ট মেম্বাররা দেখতে পাবেন।
আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার একাউন্ট মুছে দিতে পারেন। একাউন্ট ডিলিট করলে আপনার তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভার থেকে স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে যাবে।
আমাদের অ্যাপটি শুধুমাত্র আইনত রক্তদানে সক্ষম ব্যক্তিদের জন্য। আমরা ১৩ বছরের নিচের শিশুদের কোনো তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
