Since I am committed to offering you a close, human, and reliable service, it’s important to clearly lay out the ground rules. I work best when there is respect, clarity, and good communication. If something isn’t working, we’ll talk it through calmly.
The services provided by Rake Virtual Assistant include virtual assistance in areas such as: email management, calendar handling, customer support, content creation, translations, and administrative support.
Each service is provided remotely and under a prior agreement.
The Virtual Assistant will offer remote support in the areas previously agreed upon with the client. The Virtual Assistant is committed to working with diligence and professionalism. She is not responsible for decisions, actions, or results arising from the use the client gives to the delivered materials.
Services can be hired by:
Hourly rate
Monthly package
Specific project
Each option will be quoted individually. No work will begin without written confirmation and/or corresponding payment.
If by the end of the month there are 2–3 hours remaining in the package, they may be rolled over to the next package only if a new monthly package is contracted. If not, those hours must be used as soon as possible since no refunds will be issued.
Payment must be made in advance or according to the agreed schedule.
Services will not begin without payment confirmation.
In case of delayed payment, the service will be temporarily suspended.
No refunds will be made once work has started, unless a verifiable error was made by the Virtual Assistant.
My working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CDMX time).
Requests made outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
Any changes to the service must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations without prior notice will not be refundable.
All information provided by the client will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without explicit authorization.
A confidentiality agreement must be signed by both parties before beginning the service.
All content created on behalf of the client will become their property once full payment is made.
Partial or unauthorized use of deliverables is not permitted without consent.
No legal, financial, or medical services are offered.
If a request exceeds my capabilities, I will communicate it promptly.
That means I can help with interpretation or serve as a point of contact to assist in hiring a service, but I am not responsible for:Diagnoses,The service received,Government paperwork,Permits or visa issuance,Bank loans or financial authorizations,Any failure on the part of third-party providersHowever, limited follow-up can be provided depending on the case.
Urgent services are those requested with less than 12 hours’ notice that require immediate work or involve tasks under 2 hours or long processes.
These are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
By hiring any of my services, the client accepts these terms and conditions, which may be updated without prior notice.
The contract may be terminated immediately and without refund in the following cases:
*Disrespect, harassment, or verbal abuse toward the Virtual Assistant.
*Requesting illegal tasks or actions that compromise professional ethics or personal integrity.
*Gathering or using third-party data without legal or ethical consent.
*Falsifying information or fraudulent use of the service.
*Lack of payment or deliberate breach of financial agreements.
*Pressuring to perform tasks beyond the agreed scope without prior agreement and payment.
