We comply with Google Play Families Policy, COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and Google AdMob Policies.

We are committed to a safe, privacy‑respectful experience for all users.

2. Age Gate & Audience Handling

A neutral age gate is shown at first launch so users can select their age; this tailors content and ad settings.

Under 18 (Child‑Safe Mode):

Child‑Directed Treatment is enabled.

Only family‑friendly, non‑personalized ads are shown.

No behavioral tracking or interest‑based ad targeting.

No adult or sensitive content is displayed.

External links (e.g., website, rating) require a parental gate.

18+ (General Audience):

Full features and advanced logic/brain games are available.

Contextual or, where applicable and consented, personalized ads may be shown.

Note: Age selection is processed and stored only locally on the device to set app preferences. It is not transmitted or shared with external servers. Users can change age later from the app’s “Select Age” option.

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII): names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, or precise location (GPS).

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Under 18:

Only non‑personalized, family‑appropriate ads (G‑rated) are served.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand usage patterns (e.g., which levels are popular) to improve the experience.

6. App Permissions

Internet: required to load ads and perform connectivity checks.

Storage (Read/Write): used only to save user‑created drawings locally on the device.

Microphone (optional): used for voice‑interactive features; audio is not recorded, stored, or transmitted.

7. User Content (Drawing & Sharing)

Drawings created in the app are saved locally on your device.

We do not upload user content to any cloud server.

Sharing uses the device’s native share menu and is fully controlled by the user.

8. Parental Gate & External Links

For under‑18 users, external links (e.g., website pages, rating prompts) are protected by a parental gate.

Adults (18+) can access external links without a gate.

9. International Availability

The app is available globally. We apply high privacy standards (including GDPR and COPPA) to all users regardless of location.

Adults (18+): where applicable, ad personalization is based on consent; aggregated analytics are collected for legitimate interests.
