My background is a bit of a mix – I started with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and then an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering, but my heart led me to explore the fascinating world of human behavior, so I also hold an M.Sc in Psychology and a PGDBM in HR. This unique blend of technical and human-centric perspectives is what I bring to my work in IT Talent Acquisition – helping companies find the perfect people and helping people find their perfect roles.
