I am Rajib Prasad, an Assistant Professor of Economics with research interests in game theory, behavioural economics, and development economics. I hold a Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, where my research focused on cheap talk, strategic communication, and experimental economics.
My work combines theory, experiments, and data analysis to study how communication and cognition influence decision-making in competitive and institutional settings. I have published in leading international journals and regularly present my research at national and international conferences.
I currently teach microeconomics and behavioural economics and enjoy mentoring students interested in economic theory, experimental methods, and applied research.
