I hold a Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science from Mangalore University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Shivaji University, Kolhapur (2011). Additionally, I earned an MBA from IGNOU in 2020. I currently serve as an Associate Professor at CSIBER, Kolhapur, with 21 years of experience in teaching and research. I teach programs such as M.C.A., M.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Cyber Security, and M.B.A. Business Analytics. My research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and ICT-based pedagogy, where I leverage tools like Google Apps, Moodle, Kahoot, and other ICT apps for content creation, delivery, and assessment. I have published over 60 research papers, presented over 40 papers at conferences, authored seven books, and contributed to the Fourth Edition of the Encyclopedia of Information Science and Technology. I also served as editor of the South Asian Journal of Management Research. I have completed two UGC-funded research projects.

I have been honored with several awards throughout my career, including the IBM AI Foundations Badge for Educators, IIT Bombay’s Certificate of Excellence in the FDP on ICT for Education, and the Best Paper Award at the IEEE Conference. I have organized academic programs in collaboration with institutions such as IIT Bombay, Shivaji University, and the National Commission for Women, and coordinated multiple online programs during the lockdown. In addition to my teaching and research, I regularly contribute as a resource person for workshops and FDPs. I have contributed to FDP at AICTE ATAL, RUSA, MSFDA, Shivaji University, Symbiosis Institute and others. I serve on various academic and research committees at my institute and Shivaji University. I am also involved in academic boards at VPIMSR Sangli, Wilson College Mumbai, and CNCVCW Kolhapur, and I serve as an editorial board member and reviewer for several journals and conferences.
