Dr. Rajakumar Arul is currently associated with the Centre for Smart Grid Technologies (CSGT) and the School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCOPE) at VIT Chennai. He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and earned his Ph.D. under the Faculty of Information and Communication, Department of Computer Technology, Anna University – MIT Campus. He was awarded the prestigious Anna Centenary Research Fellowship during his doctoral studies. Dr. Rajakumar’s research contributions have been published in reputed international journals such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Springer Wireless Personal Communications, Springer Mobile Networks and Applications, and Wiley Transactions on Emerging Telecommunication Technologies. He has successfully secured and implemented research grants totaling approximately $40,000 from both international funding bodies and Indian government agencies. His core research interests include Blockchain technologies, Security in Broadband Wireless Networks, LTE, Cryptography, and robust resource allocation schemes in mobile communication networks.
In addition to his academic and research credentials, Dr. Rajakumar is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) accredited by Scrum Alliance, and he is also a Senior Member of IEEE, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and leadership in the field.
