Types:

The human race created the Three-Way Category System (TWCS) as a way to manage the sudden appearance of the Mythological Population. The way in which the Type is determined is by taking a sample of blood from the newborn child and checking the DNA structure* for one of three different colors: Blue, Purple, Red. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THEIR BLOOD IS ONE OF THESE COLORS. Humans do not have either of these thus do not need to be tested. The only exception to this rule is if the newborn is a Hybrid between a Mythological Creature and a Human.

  1. Passive (Blue): These make up about 63% of the Mythological population and are considered non-threatening toward the human race. Once determined Passive at birth, they do not need further testing throughout their life.

  2. Passive-Aggressive (Purple): These make up about 30% of the Mythological Population but are not considered threatening nor peaceful toward the human race. Once they are determined Passive-Aggressive at birth, they must return for testing 1-3 times every month to ensure the scale doesn't tip to Aggressive. If a Passive-Aggressive comes out Passive testing will stop immediately, but if they come out Aggressive they will be executed on the spot.

  3. Aggressive (Red): These make up about 7% of the Mythological Population and are considered EXTREMELY dangerous. Once they are determined Aggressive at birth, the newborn is taken away to be exterminated as a way to protect the rest of the Mythological Population along with the human race. This Type is outlawed in ALL Governments and Provinces. However, some have managed to slip away and live their lives on the run, in hiding, or in the shadows.

When a Mythological Creature goes to sign up for ANY kind of job, they are now required to give their Type during the interview. Meaning they will be tested right then and there, but they are allowed to bring in their personal/family doctor. If they do not have a personal/family doctor, one will be provided in accordance with the company's decision. This was not mandatory before, but the increase in crimes committed by Mythological Creatures made the human race fear for the worse.

*Types are determined at birth: the DNA structure itself will be one of either three colors (Blue, Purple, Red).
