Can anyone recommend stories where you fall in love with your boss or professor (or an older guy in general)? The high school romance stories are a little young for me, something more mature would be nice. Minimal grammar or spelling errors are always a plus too.

This work dynamic (!!!) makes me INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. I really like and appreciate my coworkers. They are terrific, and have been so supportive over the years. But damned if I feel like saying I love you to them daily!!

You know, I have worked with some very caring people. Their actions showed it and they did not have to say they cared or loved each other. It was all in the thoughtfulness of how they treated each other.

SRK is a real estate contractor. He uses muscle power to encroach land and make money. His rival Gopala Krishna "GK" is the 'Boss' of GK Constructions. GK has the power to handle goons as well as the real estate business. He calls for applications from MBA graduates as his personal secretary. None of the applicants meet his expectations. He accidentally meets Anuradha "Anu" and thinks that she is fit for the job. As a 'Boss', he is tough with his staff but also cares for them. During a trip to Malaysia, Anu and GK get closer, and Anu loses her heart to GK. When she is about to confess her love, Anu gets involved in a petty issue and faces the wrath of GK. Consequently, she requests to resign from her job, while she is on duty for her last one month, GK calls for interviews for his personal secretary again and zeroes in on Sruthi. It is revealed that she was planted in GK's office by SRK. In order to get her father Ramamurthy released from a false case, Sruthi steals a tender file. However, she does not hand it over to SRK and demands her father's release. The crooked SRK does not listen to her. At this juncture, she tries to escape from the scene and is saved by GK at the insistence of Anu. However, Anu is injured in the attack by goons in the process, but goes straight to the Tenders office and files the tender to save GK from a huge loss and to fulfill his ambition of securing his dream project. When GK is about to thank her, she admits her love for him, only to learn of his past. GK reveals that he loved Sanjana and married her. She died in a tsunami shortly after. GK refuses Anu's love politely even though he has some feeling for her too, but he can't replace Sanjana by Anu. He also tells her that Shruthi was hired to be Anu's assistant. Later, Sanjana's mother, Sumitra, dies of illness in Malaysia, and her husband Viswanath tells GK that her last wish is the marriage of GK with Anu. He gets a feeling that Sanjana wants the same. As some time passes, GK realizes his feelings for Anu. He returns to India. On the way, SRK men attack GK, and he gets stabbed with a knife. However, he stops Anu's marriage and unites with her.

While a few parts of the event do expect that you have access to another willing player to help you out, most of the season of love can be done alone. If you want the meta achievement for either the title The Love Fool, or to progress What A Long Strange Trip, you will need to put on your shiniest shoes and start flirting. The primary currency during the event is love-tokens, obtained by either doing event specific daily quests, or killing enemies and trading in lovely-charm-bracelets. These can then be spent by visiting the Lovely Merchants in all capital cities, typically found right outside the local auction house. Doing all the daily quests will give you around 30 love-tokens per day, and you will need around 150 to purchase everything from the event. This means you will need to spend almost a full week doing dailies in order to purchase everything you would want.

Track down Kwee Q. Peddlefeet in any capital city to pick up these quests. Each capital city offers its own variant of this quest, asking you to make a lovely-charm-bracelet and deliver it to the leader of that city.

Completing one of these quests will award the player 5 love-tokens and a Lovely Card dependant on the city. Each Lovely Card is a consumable that temporarily buffs one of your stats. These may or may not stack with buffs in WotLK Classic, time will tell.

As the enterprising young individual you are, he will hand you a Crown Cologne Sprayer and task you to provide some lovely samples to the adoring public. Find people around town with a red heart above their head and give 10 of them a quick spritz with your sprayer for a quick and easy 5 love-tokens.

Note: These bosses may be in a different state in WotLK Classic and may even have a different drop table. The achievement for killing them is in game, but they were not added to the game until the Icecrown Citadel patch.

This trio of apothecaries are the boss for this event, dropping a variety of items. Notable items include the Big Love Rocket, a unique flying mount, and 5 epic amulets, mirroring the item level 232 gear bought with Emblem of Conquest.

This trio consists of Apothecary Hummel, Apothecary Frye, and Apothecary Baxter. Each have their own individual abilities, but Hummel is the primary boss. To activate this fight, a player will need to turn in the Court Subpoena to Apothecary Hummel, aggravating him and beginning the encounter. Each character can do this once per day, allowing a full group to fight this boss 5 times in a row. Similarly to other world event bosses, groups can also rotate characters in and out to maximize the kills they do per day.

Once you have your list, you can go on doing your work and rejoice in the fact that there is so much that you appreciate and value. Does it make sense to leave all that behind because of a bad boss? Plenty of people make that very move, but unless your manager is causing you severe anxiety or making it so you dread going into the office every day, try to really hone in on the parts of it that are working well. Avoid letting your big, bad boss see you rattled.
