RainClove (“we”) helps you estimate rainwater harvesting for your property. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account: email and password (via Firebase; we don’t store your password in plain text).
Assessments: map location, plot/roof details, property type, and results. Saved if you’re signed in.
Location: only if you allow it, to pin your property on the map.
Chat: messages you send and basic details from your latest assessment — only if you agree when using the AI assistant.
How we use it
To run the app: sign-in, calculations, saved history, PDF reports, and the Harvest Assistant. We do not sell your data.
Who we share with
We use services that need some data to work:

Open-Meteo — rainfall for your coordinates
Map/geocoding services — maps and address search
Each has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Deny location and use the map manually

Delete your account in Profile to remove your account and saved assessments
Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active. We use secure connections and Firebase; no system is 100% secure.
