This Privacy Policy explains how our Rainbow Sort 3D application ("the App") treats your information and privacy.

1. advertising 

The App integrates an advertisement service , to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. To deliver personalized and relevant ads, Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses, cookies, and network/location info in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information (PII) is accessed or collected directly by the App developers.

2. data retention & local storage

The App prioritizes your absolute data ownership. Your game progress, level completions, sound effects preferences, and sandbox physics configurations are saved securely and exclusively on your physical Android device using a local database. No game statistics or configurations are uploaded to external servers, cloud databases, or third-party storage systems.

3. internet connectivity & rewards

The App checks for active internet connectivity when you request rewarded resources (such as free Hints, extra Undo moves, extra liquid tubes, or extra level sorting time). Rewarded ads are served strictly online and verified securely before granting these sorting tools.

4. data protection rights

Because we do not collect any personal data on external servers, we do not have files of your personal information to delete or modify. You can erase all local progress and settings at any time by clearing the App's storage/cache in your Android system Settings menu.

5. child safety & family safety compliances

The App is fully compliant with Google Play's July 15, 2026 Child Safety Standards and Families Policy Requirements. The App does NOT contain any anonymous chat, random chat, communication rooms, or user-to-user interactions. We do not collect, process, or transmit any sensitive data from children. Furthermore, AdMob is configured to filter out age-restricted categories and serve only age-appropriate advertisements for family safety.

6. CONSENT & AGREEMENT

By installing and playing Rainbow Sort 3D, you consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of relevant device identifiers by Google AdMob for advertisement purposes.
