VERSÃO TRANSPORTÁVEL: protótipo MIT.Portugal
Integrated on the 1st year LTI Leaders on Technology and Industry PhD - MIT Portugal Program, in the Product Design and Development (PDD) course, a challenged was proposed, to develop a vehicle with pedals to ride on railways, associated to Foz Tua project. As expected, the path was not continuous, some advances and retreats were made in each step. More

VERSÃO ZERO: protótipo FOZTUA
We designed a railrider for the specific purpose of recording video images similar to those on the train, with three synchronized cameras, in the track to be flooded (images for the simulator). The platform is powered by two bicycles and it has been designed to be easy to fit the bicycles.
Several trials allowed progressive improvements. This page is a memory of some of those trials.
