Old 1990s RP description

You notice a Cat like Taur standing just less than four feet tall from the ground to his head in front of you. He’s shiny fur is dark black with a blueness shine to it, covering form head to tail. The only thing breaking the black fur is his right front gray paw looking almost like a knee-high sock. His lower body seems nearly as long, if not the same length, than his upper body. His tail appears longer that his lower body and are very agile as it moves around him.
He doesn't seem to be wearing anything but doesn't seem to need to as his fur covers him nicely in a dense fur. On his left arm a strange dark gray device looks busy as small lights flash on it, but you cannot make out with what. His green eyes dance friendly as he smiles at you. His ears pivoting in your direction on his panther like head as he looks in your direction, smiling softly, being cautious of his teeth, not to show them.

He folds his two set of arms, the one set sitting almost halfway down towards his hips, into one another.
