The batch who would have been graduated in 2020 and 2021 can apply for the OD certificate in the in-convocation now.
Pre-convocation was open since 5 April 2021 and is open even now, but do not go to the pre-convocation website, go to the in-convocation website. The fee was 3500 rupees for the OD certificate in pre-convocation.
Till recently, that is 31 August, we were telling you to wait for in-convocation to apply for OD if there is no urgency. Otherwise, you can go with pre-convocation.
In the in-convocation period which is between 1 Sept 2021 and 30 Sept 2021 11 Oct 2021, the fee will be 600 rupees and in post-convocation, it will be 600 plus a late fee of 500 rupees per year.
It was observed in the past that in-convocation applications will start only after one year from when you have graduated with your degree. This is because any university can conduct convocation only after it receives the pass details of every student under its affiliated colleges. University may offer UG, PG, Ph.D., or any other courses but all students pass details must get to the university, and only then the Convocation or OD notification will be issued.
