This page contains information for mobile application Rahbar users regarding our policies on collecting, using, and disclosing location information.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible on the NADRA website unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy Notice.

Information Collection and Use

If you choose to use this Service, you agree to the collection and use of Geolocation Information as laid out in this policy. The location information collected is solely used to improve the Service. The data will not be shared with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Location Information:

We may collect information about your precise geolocation using GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points etc when you use the Rahbar App.

The App complies with valid legal processes and does not ask for personal information other than the Geographic location. The purpose of obtaining location information is limited to existing and upcoming legal validations and restrictions that the Government of Pakistan can implement. Rahbar App is authorized to develop and maintain a system related to NADRA office locations and all the stored records are per relevant government approvals and protocols.

The App does not share any geographic data with any third parties. The provided information will only be used to locate the nearest NADRA office based on the user's current geolocation.

Log Data

The data generated by the Rahbar App is not logged outside the scope of the user device/app. The data is only generated upon the user's consent with no data sharing. The App only requests the user's live location and only validated users can locate the nearest NADRA office.

Data Protection

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information. Thus, we are constantly striving to use ALL the acceptable means of protecting it. To achieve this, we exercise due diligence and due care to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT Systems. We cannot guarantee absolute security; Rest assured; we take all the measures required by the law to ensure the complete protection of your location data. Finally, this data is handled securely and transmitted using secure protocols.

Access to Personal and Sensitive User Data

The App should only request access to the device location, which is critical for the App to function. The App does not have access to users' personal and sensitive data.

Device Permissions

Most mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without the device owner's permission. These platforms have different methods for obtaining that permission. Please check the available settings on your device or check with your provider.

Updates to this Notice

We may occasionally update this notice. We encourage users to periodically review this notice for the latest information on our privacy practices. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Use of our services after an update constitutes consent to the updated notice to the extent permitted by law.
