Ragnarock Order Tracker — Privacy Notice

Ragnarock Order Tracker is an internal browser extension for authorized store employees. It allows staff to mark ordered products as missing, available, ordered from suppliers, or unavailable.

Information processed: The extension reads internal order numbers, product identifiers, product names, sizes/options, quantities, and selected statuses from Ragnarock's Shoprenter administration pages. It also processes employee usernames, login sessions, and records of status changes.

It does not intentionally collect customer names, contact details, delivery addresses, or payment information. Order numbers may nevertheless be linked to customers within the store's administration system.

Storage and use: Information is transferred securely over HTTPS and stored using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Information is used solely for order tracking, staff authentication, and operational history.

We do not sell the information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Google provides the hosting and storage services.

Retention: Tracking records remain until manually deleted by the administrator. There is currently no automatic time-based deletion. Employee accounts and sessions can be disabled or revoked.
