Currently, in 3rd year pursuing my Master's Degree.
If you are the one
who wishes to explore
the deep mysteries of our universe,
you must have read
Steven Weinberg's four golden lessons
and felt motivated!
If you haven't yet,
I urge you to read it at least once
given in right....
Steven Weinberg (1933–2021)
In short....
"You don't need to know everything before you start"
"Go for the messes"
"Forgive yourself for wasting time"
"Learn the history of science"
Richard Feynman (1918-1988)
Prof. Richard Feynman quoted similar ideas....
"I can live with doubt and uncertainty and not knowing. I think it's much more interesting to live not knowing than to have answers which might be wrong... In order to make progress, one must leave the door to the unknown ajar."
"We are trying to prove ourselves wrong as quickly as possible, because only in that way can we find progress."
"The worthwhile problems are the ones you can really solve or help solve, the ones you can really contribute
something to."
Both Nobel laureates essentially taught us the exact same lesson...
Don't sit on the shore trying to memorize the entire map of the ocean.
Dive into the messy, unknown waters,
be perfectly comfortable with what you don't know, and figure it out as you swim!
