For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Rafał Andrukiewicz is the controller of any personal data processed directly by RafAndZaur Games.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use Beat The Current.
The game does not require the creation of a RafAndZaur Games account. Most game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
Some external services provided by Google may process information when advertising or Google Play Games features are used.
Data Stored Locally
Beat The Current may store the following information locally on your device:
• selected language;
• audio and music settings;
• unlocked stages and game progress;
• local Adventure Mode records;
• local Endless Mode records;
• advertising cooldown and gameplay settings.
This information is not sent directly to RafAndZaur Games.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing the application data in Android settings or uninstalling the game.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including interstitial advertisements and rewarded video advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:
• IP address;
• device and advertising identifiers;
• information about interactions with the application and advertisements;
• diagnostic and performance information;
• device information, operating system and application version;
• approximate location inferred from an IP address;
• information used for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention.
Advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised depending on your location, age, device settings and privacy choices.
RafAndZaur Games does not directly receive your Google password, private messages, contacts, photographs or precise location through AdMob. RafAndZaur Games may receive aggregated advertising statistics and reports from Google.
RafAndZaur Games does not directly sell users’ personal information.
Consent and Privacy Options
Where required by applicable law, Google’s User Messaging Platform may display a consent form before advertisements are loaded.
Depending on your region, you may be able to:
• consent to or reject personalised advertising;
• select non-personalised advertising;
• change or withdraw your consent;
• review participating advertising partners.
If available, privacy choices can be changed using the Privacy Options section in the game.
You may also reset or restrict the use of your Android advertising identifier through your device settings.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before the withdrawal.
5A. Website Analytics and Cookies
The official RafAndZaur Games website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as visited pages, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with the website. This information is used to produce website usage statistics and does not directly identify visitors to RafAndZaur Games.
Visitors may accept or reject analytics cookies through the cookie notice displayed by Google Sites. Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent access to the website.

Google Play Games and Leaderboards
Beat the Current: Ocean Arcade uses Google Play Games Services to provide optional achievements and a global Endless Mode leaderboard.
If you choose to sign in, Google Play Games may provide or process:
your Google Play Games player identifier;
your display name;
your player avatar;
gameplay activity and achievement progress;
your Endless Mode leaderboard score.
Your achievements and leaderboard score may be visible to other players according to your Google Play Games privacy settings.
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional. You can play Beat the Current: Ocean Arcade without signing in or using the global leaderboard.
RafAndZaur Games does not receive your Google account password or Google email address through this feature.
Google Play Games data is processed and retained by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
Purposes and Legal Bases
Information processed through Google services may be used for:
• displaying advertisements;
• providing rewarded advertisements;
• operating the global leaderboard;
• measuring application and advertising performance;
• preventing fraud, abuse and security incidents;
• maintaining the stability and functionality of the application;
