Sinisa NikoliÄ graduated from the Faculty of Law and passed his bar exam in Belgrade. In 1989, he established his own law firm becoming the youngest attorney at law in former Yugoslavia. 

 Throughout his professional career, he held a number of high-ranking positions including chief of cabinet of the Mayor of Belgrade and chief of cabinet of the President of the Democratic Party, Dr. Zoran ÄinÄiÄ. He was special adviser to the Prime Minister for real estate development, as well as general director of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency. Subsequently he became deputy president of the Management Board of Agency for Reconstruction of Serbia and then President of the Management Board of University Clinic "Dr DragiÅa MiÅoviÄ". 

 Since 2001, Mr. NikoliÄ has been the President of the Management Board of Dunav Insurance, the largest insurance company in Serbia and member of the Management Board of the Faculty of Law, as a representative of the Government of Serbia. Mr. NikoliÄ received a special reward of the Chamber of Commerce for his contribution to the development of Belgrade in 2003. He is the father of three children.
