This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published on Google Play by the developer Radio Tuner (Google Play developer ID 5528599993066512188), hereinafter "Radio Tuner", "we", "us" or "our". Radio Tuner is the developer and the party responsible for these applications (each an "App") and for the processing of data described in this policy.

Our Apps do not require an account and do not ask for your name, phone number or postal address.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message and use them only to reply to you.
Content you create (for example, music tracks, edited PDF documents, favourite stations, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
If you grant access to files, audio, images or documents, the App uses only the files you select, on your device, to provide the requested feature (playback, editing, export).
The apps "Где Бензин — Карта АЗС" and "Где Заправка - Где Бензин Есть" may ask for permission to access your device location in order to show nearby fuel stations on the map. Location is used only while you use this feature, is not stored by us and is not sold. You can deny or revoke the location permission at any time; the map will still work without it. Our other Apps do not collect precise location.
Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language, app version, network type, IP address.
Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) and ad-related data such as impressions, clicks and approximate (country/city-level) location derived from the IP address, collected by our advertising partners.
Usage and crash data: anonymous information about app usage, errors and crashes, used to fix problems and improve the Apps.
Server logs: when an App streams radio or downloads content, the servers of the radio stations and our hosting/storage providers receive standard request data (IP address, time, user agent).
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we only receive the information needed to confirm a purchase.
To provide and operate the Apps and their features (music generation, radio streaming, maps, document editing, etc.).
To show advertising, including personalized ads where you have consented, and to measure ad performance.
To process and restore purchases and subscriptions.
To analyse usage, fix crashes, prevent fraud and improve the Apps.
To answer support requests.
Depending on the App, we use some of the following third-party services. They may collect the information described in section 3.4 under their own privacy policies:
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above for the purposes described; when required by law or a legitimate request from public authorities; to protect the rights and safety of Radio Tuner, our users or others; or in connection with a merger or sale of assets, in which case users will be notified.
Personalized ads: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Where required by law, the App asks for your consent before showing personalized ads.
Permissions: you can revoke location, storage/media or notification permissions at any time in Android settings.
Uninstall: uninstalling an App removes all data it stored locally.
Locally stored content stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. Data collected by third-party partners is retained under their policies. To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email radiotunercom@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the app name; we will respond within 30 days.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) where supported and reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA/UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA, or Russia under Federal Law No. 152-FZ), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object, to data portability and to withdraw consent. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
