Here is my schedule. I have had it on 35% intensity for almost one year and still see coral growth. I only have lps so maybe that is why they grow. It is the ecotech coral growth setting. Hope this helps.

I have been asked time and time again for my light schedule, so today is the day! I am running a modified version of the Ecotech CoralLab AB+ schedule. The Corallab schedule is tried and true profile that grows coral real well! My only issue with it was the fact that it was ON. Full then OFF. I shaved an hour or so off the full intensity period and added a nice slow ramp up and ramp down to extend the viewing time for a few hours.

Explaining the Radion schedule isn't that simple, unless there's some trick I'm not aware of. I've had quite a few people ask me for the schedule I use over the 60g Anemone Cube. Since November 2013, I've had a Radion Xr30 Gen2 over that tank. If you want to download that file, here it is:

You can start with a brand new schedule. In EcoSmart Live, find your Radion fixture. Then on the right side of the screen, click on Schedule Options, and then "Load from template". I like Radiant Color - my favorite. Set the starting time, ending time and intensity, and click Set.

Here are the various setpoints, as schedules. See the blue circles in the images above? You can drag these left or right to the exact time you want. Double click a blue circle and you'll see this menu on the left side of the screen. I don't use Cloud or Storm options.

I recently made some adjustments to my lighting schedule, opting for a slightly lower intensity and shorter period of maximum daylight. I recently had some SPS lighten up, but after a few weeks using this updated schedule things are back to where they belong.

Note that your schedule employed will need to be adjusted as the corals grow and as your nutrients fluctuate. I have found that SPS corals go through periods of rapid growth and then settle down for a while before sparking back up again. Thus, it is important to notice these changes and adjust as needed.

When setting up a new LED light system, you need to not only provide the right spectrum of light but also ensure you are providing a sufficient intensity (PAR) and maintaining a natural daily schedule that mimics the sun. The EcoTech Marine Radion G6 makes this easy thanks to their easy-to-use app called Mobius. Mobius provides users with presets and global controls while also allowing for more advanced configuration over the spectrum, intensity, and photoperiod.

While the AB+ preset will work in the way of spectrum and intensity for a majority of reef tank owners, the photoperiod attached to the presets will likely not be ideal simply based on the time of day. Most of us working a typical 9-5 workday prefer to shift the photoperiod so your not missing out on viewing the aquarium when you're actually home. In order to adjust this pre-programmed light schedule, you simply need to adjust the setpoints.

On average we aim to provide 275-400 PAR across the board in our sps tanks. If you have the opportunity to do so, renting a PAR meter will help dialing your light in to the correct intensity. It is NOT recommended to run this schedule at 100% without first seeing the PAR your lights are putting out, doing so might cause bleaching of the coral in your tank.

After enabling "Turn off wireless signal by schedule", WIFI does not turn wifi BACK ON at the scheduled time. My time zone is correct. I have tried this with both 2.4Hz and 5Hz. same behavior - wifi will turn OFF at the start time but will not turn back on after end time. After the end time, I go look at the settings, and the two check boxes are unchecked; "Enable Wireless Router Radio" and "Turn off wireless signal by schedule". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, I did a factory reset and set it all back up (including confirming that firmware is current and the schedules are enabled) and tested it. Now, instead of it not coming back online after the period is over, it doesn't turn off at all. Any ideas?

But even worse than this, the router scheduler is so hidden that one may think the blocking schedule is the router scheduler. Both should be under Administration. What is advncedabout scheduling your router to turn off so that you are not blasted with RF while trying to sleep? This is a MASSIVE interfae design issue. If any at NETGEAR is listening, I am a retired programmer who used to earn a lot of money solving interface design FAILURES such as this. MOVE IT!

3. MASSIVE BUG. How the heck does mature software like this hzve such a massive bug? The "Turn off wireless signal by schedule" unchecks iself when applying the update. I even went so far as to split my off time of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM into two entries thinking the span across a day may be confusig the software.

I am not being critical just to hea myself speak. The truth is that when a company as large as Netgear gets this sloppy, it is indicative of problems so serious that I would divest myself of any of their stock. I challenge anyone in that company to explain to me why, even as a retired computer programmer, I must search for timezone setting and a router scheduler so that my children may sleep without 5 Ghz RF signals in the night, when they are completely unnecessary, at least in my house? Anyone? Can anyone excuse this level of sloppiness?

I own a Nighthawk X6 R8000. THIS PROBLEM IS N-O-T FIXED. There are actually three issues here:
