All trainees are required to update his or her own logbook regularly.

All logbooks are confidential and can only be accessed using registered Gmail account. Please ensure that your Gmail address is up to date.

This online logbook is a form of raw data storage for clinical cases and other activities that can be viewed and edited by trainees and supervisors during the training period. At the end of the training period, trainees are required to compile all the data in a standard logbook format and send it to respective supervisor for verification.

Trainees are allowed to make certain changes or amendment to the standard logbook format in order to include relevant information related to a specific subspecialty.
