RadioKrs ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the RadioKrs mobile application ("App") handles information.

RadioKrs is an internet radio streaming app. We do not require account creation and we do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or address through the App.
The App may process limited technical data necessary for operation, such as:
- Device and app-level technical information (for compatibility and playback stability),
- Network status information (to detect internet connectivity),
- Notification permission status (to show playback notifications),
- IP address and connection metadata that may be processed by streaming/content delivery infrastructure when you connect to radio streams.
2. How We Use Information
We use data only to:
- Stream audio content,
- Maintain and improve playback reliability,
- Show required playback notifications for background audio,
- Ensure app security and compatibility.
3. Permissions Used by the App
The App may request/use:
- INTERNET: stream radio audio,
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: check connectivity before playback,
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: play audio in background,
- WAKE_LOCK: keep playback stable,
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): show playback notification controls.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be processed by third-party service providers strictly to deliver app functionality (for example, audio stream hosting/CDN and platform infrastructure).
5. Data Retention
We do not maintain user accounts in the App.
Any local app preferences (such as selected stream) are stored on your device and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed specifically to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data processing. However, no internet-based service is completely secure.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- Stop using the App at any time,
- Revoke notification permission in Android settings,
- Clear app data or uninstall the App to remove locally stored preferences.
