Protecting your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information the app Radiation Detector: EMF Meter ("the app") handles, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the Android app published by smartpeopleapps on Google Play.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We, smartpeopleapps, do not run our own servers and do not have an account system. Specifically:
You do not need to register or sign in to use the app.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, or payment details.
We do not read your contacts, photos, files, messages, or call logs.
Your EMF readings are calculated on your device and are not sent to us.
The app is free and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to show ads inside the app. To serve and measure ads, Google and its ad partners may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:
Your Advertising ID (a resettable ID Google gives your device)
IP address and approximate location derived from it (usually city or country level)
Device information such as model, operating system version, language, and screen size
App usage related to ads, such as which ads were shown, viewed, or clicked
Crash and performance data related to the ad service
This information is collected directly by Google, not by us. We only see anonymous, aggregated reports — for example, how many ads were shown in total. We cannot identify you from these reports.
Because ads are included, the app is not entirely free of data collection. Google may use the data above to show you personalised ads, unless you choose otherwise (see Section 4).

Internet and network state — required to load and display ads.
Device sensors (magnetometer) — used to measure the magnetic field around your device. Sensor readings stay on your device.
Vibration (if enabled) — used only for in-app alerts.
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise GPS location.
You are in control of ad personalisation:
Reset or delete your Advertising ID: open your device Settings → Google → All services → Ads (the exact path can differ by device). From there you can reset the ID or delete it completely.
Turn off personalised ads: in the same screen, choose "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" or "Delete advertising ID". You will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: when you first open the app, a consent screen appears asking whether you agree to personalised ads. You can change your answer at any time from the app's settings or privacy option, where available.
If you choose to email us feedback, a question, or a bug report, we will receive whatever you include in that email — normally your name, your email address, and the details you write. Sending us an email is entirely voluntary.
We use this information only to reply to you and to improve the app. We will never sell it, use it for marketing, or share it with a third party for commercial gain. We delete support emails once the matter is resolved and there is no further need to keep them.
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it.
Because we do not operate servers or store personal information about you, there is no user database on our side that could be exposed. Information handled by Google is protected under Google's own security practices, described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you, and to object to certain uses of it.
For data collected through ads, please use the Google controls described in Section 4, or contact Google directly.
For any email you have sent us, write to us at the address below and we will delete it on request.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add or change a service inside the app. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Radiation Detector: EMF Meter is a measurement and hobby tool. It uses the magnetic sensor built into your phone and is not a certified radiation or medical device. Readings should not be used for health, safety, or diagnostic decisions.
