This Privacy Policy applies to the Pokemon VGC Stats mobile application (the “Application”) provided by the Service Provider.
The Application offers free content, optional auto-renewable subscriptions, and optional one-time in-app purchases.
The Application may collect limited information necessary to operate its features, including:
device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, and language settings
usage, diagnostic, and crash information
advertising-related information, such as advertising identifiers and ad performance data, where applicable
purchase and subscription information, such as product identifier, transaction identifier, subscription status, and purchase entitlement status
limited locally stored information, such as privacy acknowledgment status, subscription state, and app preferences

provide and maintain the Application
verify subscriptions and in-app purchases

All payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on the platform.
The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment card or full billing information.
The Application may use third-party advertising services, including Google Mobile Ads, and analytics services.
On iOS, the Application may request permission under App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before allowing tracking for advertising or related purposes. Denying permission will not prevent you from using the core features of the Application.

subscription and purchase processing
backend subscription verification
These third parties may include:
Apple App Store / StoreKit
Google Play Billing
Google Mobile Ads
analytics or diagnostics providers
the Service Provider’s backend services
The Service Provider does not sell personal data.
Limited information may be shared with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Application, provide subscriptions and purchases, display ads, analyze performance, or comply with legal obligations.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, manage purchases and subscriptions, improve services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete the Application or clear app data.
You may:
manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account
control tracking permissions through your device settings
request deletion of applicable data by contacting the Service Provider
The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
