INTRODUCTION

Radiance Cam ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Your photos stay on your device. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Photos and Camera Data

Radiance Cam captures photos using your device’s camera.

• All photos are processed locally on your device.
• All edits (brightness, warmth, sharpening, cropping, HDR boost, exposure settings, presets) are applied locally.
• Photos and related metadata are stored only in your device’s photo library.
• We do not upload, store, or access your photos on any external server.

We have no access to your images.

2. Payment Information (Subscriptions)

If you purchase a Pro subscription, payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and unlock Pro features. RevenueCat may process:

• Anonymous purchase identifiers
• Subscription status
• Transaction information provided by Apple

Radiance Cam does not receive or store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

DATA STORAGE

All app functionality operates locally on your device:

• Image processing happens on-device.
• Face detection and light analysis happen on-device.
• Presets and settings are stored locally.
• Gallery and editing features operate entirely offline.

No cloud storage is used.

PERMISSIONS

Radiance Cam may request the following permissions:

• Camera Access – to capture photos.
• Photo Library Access – to save and manage captured images.

These permissions are used strictly for app functionality and never for data collection.

DATA SHARING

We do not:

• Sell personal data
• Share user data with third parties
• Track users across apps or websites
• Use analytics or advertising SDKs

The only third-party service used is RevenueCat for subscription management and Apple for payment processing.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Radiance Cam does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data remains on-device and no personal data is collected, the App is suitable for general audiences.

SECURITY

Because all photos and processing occur locally on your device, your data security depends primarily on your device’s security settings.

We do not maintain remote servers that store user content.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected with a new effective date.
