NiVision is responsible for the collection and processing performed by Racket Pinball as described in this policy. Meta also processes platform account and leaderboard data under its own policies.
To provide and display in-game leaderboards, Racket Pinball collects and processes the following information obtained through the Meta Horizon Platform/SDK or generated through gameplay:
Meta Horizon User ID (USER_ID): used to identify the player and associate leaderboard scores with the correct user.
User Profile information (USER_PROFILE), including display name and/or avatar: used to identify and display players in the leaderboard interface.
Friends information (FRIENDS): used to provide friends-only leaderboard views or filters.
Game scores and leaderboard statistics, such as points, rank or time: used to create, retrieve and display leaderboard results.
Racket Pinball uses these data only to provide leaderboard functionality, including friends-only filtering.
NiVision does not maintain its own server-side database containing these leaderboard data. Leaderboard information is stored and managed through the Meta Horizon Platform. Temporary copies may be processed in memory or locally on the device as necessary to display the leaderboard interface. The absence of a NiVision server-side database does not mean that the app does not collect or process these data.
If you contact us, we also receive your email address and the information you provide in your message. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and handle your data-rights or deletion request.
Leaderboard records are stored and managed through the Meta Horizon Platform. Racket Pinball uses the platform to associate game scores with players, retrieve and display leaderboard results, and apply friends-only filtering.
Leaderboard functionality: we collect and process the data listed in section 2 to provide in-game leaderboards, including friends-only filtering. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is performance of a contract, to the extent necessary to provide these game features.
Enquiries and data-rights requests: we process correspondence to respond to users and handle their requests. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is compliance with applicable legal obligations for statutory data-rights requests, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and fulfilling our deletion commitment where no such legal obligation applies.
We do not sell your data. We use Meta Horizon Platform features to operate leaderboards. Your leaderboard results and the associated profile information may be displayed to other players through the relevant leaderboard view.
We use our email service provider to receive and respond to support and deletion requests. We do not use the Meta data described in this policy for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Leaderboard data at NiVision: no server-side database retention; only transient, on-device processing during gameplay and short-lived caching for the leaderboard interface.
Meta platform: leaderboard entries are retained through the platform in accordance with its policies and applicable deletion processes. You can submit a deletion request to us as described below.
Support and deletion correspondence: retained only as long as necessary to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations, including keeping any necessary record of how a data-rights request was handled.
All users, regardless of geographic location, may request deletion of personal data collected or processed in connection with Racket Pinball at any time.
To request deletion, email duovrsup@gmail.com. You may use the subject line “Racket Pinball — Data deletion request”.
Please provide sufficient information to identify the relevant Meta Horizon account or leaderboard entry, such as your display name and details of the entry. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request and identify the correct data. Do not send your password or login verification codes.
We will process your request and delete personal data under our control without undue delay, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations. Where relevant data is stored or managed through the Meta Horizon Platform, we will take the applicable deletion steps available to us. If completing deletion requires an action by you or Meta that we cannot perform, we will explain that limitation and provide specific instructions. You can submit your request directly to us; you do not need to contact Meta first.
Local app data may also be removed through Meta Quest device/system settings or an in-game reset option, if available. Clearing local app data does not by itself delete platform-hosted leaderboard entries.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights of access, correction, restriction, objection or data portability, and the right to complain to a competent data protection authority. These additional rights do not limit the deletion-request option offered above to all users.
The game is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law (e.g., 13/16). Please do not use the game if you do not meet the minimum age.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit, access controls and data minimization. NiVision does not maintain its own server-side database of leaderboard data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will remain available at the same public URL and will state its last-updated date.
