I previously trained and worked professionally as a contemporary dance artist across stage, screen and site specific work since securing my First Class BA (Hons) from London Studio Centre in 2015. Throughout this experience I developed a passion for manual therapy both through personal injury and rehabilitation experience as well as assisting my peers with their own niggles, aches and pains. 

In pursuit of a deeper knowledge of the human body and the benefits manual therapy can provide, I completed a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from The School of Soft Tissue Therapy in London (LSSM) and registered with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM). Throughout my training and since qualifying I have experienced treating a variety of clients from professional dancers to musicians as well as many musculoskeletal issues stemming from non-sport related occupations and lifestyles. 

My aim as a therapist is to make my client’s bodies more comfortable to live in wherever their life might take them.

Please be aware of my 24 hour cancellation and no show policy. It can be difficult to fill a slot without sufficient notice, this has a big impact on my business. How I gain your information and why do I have it

Your personal data is provided directly by you through the completion of my consultation form at the beginning and throughout the duration of your treatment.

Your information is required in order for me to safely provide you with massage treatment, assess your suitability for treatment, to contact you regarding appointments, to refer you to a GP or other health practitioner if required and for insurance purposes.

Data retention

My insurance stipulates that I must take and retain treatment records for a minimum of 7 years following the last time you received treatment from me. The records of minors will be retained until their 25th Birthday. Once these time periods have passed, I will destroy your information.

Data Security

We take steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. I hold your data on an account with a leading cloud services provider; this account is accessible only to me via multi-factor authentication.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• The right to object to the processing of your personal information
