Wireless mind control/programming abuse is very easily recognized,
all of a sudden everything becomes wrong in someone's life - 24hours a daysuffering(from wireless electronic torturing) intensifies.
Psychological/physical health as was from normal life/people being taken for granted is gone - tortures becomes a 24hours a day constant training even for people that would not kill a fly(most t.i.-s don't have criminal records) - the real business terrorists are mind control abusers.
This is usually when someone's life falls appart so to speak.
Someone can usually not function for basic survival needs since head/cognitive abilities are being 24hours a day
destroyed: hard targets - hence many t.i.-s are missdiagnosed with 'mental illness',
mild targets: may only have a mild tinnitus/mild-headache/mild-intrusive-thoughts/etc - hence the term 'disorders'.
Why? mostly to advance tyranic/sadistic mind control by the "good" guys/girls not
for security - but specifically for modern exploitative/global-modern-robbing reasons(it's not personal).
Anyone can become a part of this: regular people/financially-rich/regular-politics(known havana syndrome)/doctors/singers/etc - this is the whole story
why 'bumps' exists(they became t.i.-s somewhere in the past not being aware of that).
By the way - mind control abUse is the most popular thing on the black market for a long long time now and
is 100% the most payed job for different kind of corrupted people for easy money.
The method is simple: attack/exploit people with something they don't know exists or don't know how to defend themselves,
this is the only reason why many people were falselly diagnosed with "disorder" or "mental illness"(a simple mild irradiation of the head 24hours a day).

Symptoms, usually 24hours a day circulating - 1st one/two/three/etc
symptoms/electroTortures simultaneously then after that next one/two/three/etc symptoms/electroTortures etc:
add/adhd(children OR adults - more or less for experiment or opressive reasons if someone get's someone on nerves), suddenly out of nowhere - one becomes "heavy" like one would be 140 years old(even if s/he is 10,20,30,40,etc) - this is almost instantly, burning legs syndrome - like feet nerves would burn(too dry heels is also a sign of this),
so called brain fog or sleepiness/tyredness(a part of depression training mostly whole day - prozac/others are mostly toxic - it's not doctors/etc but breinwashers thing), migraines(i usually get 3 harsh for 2hours a day if it is not treated with something) - pain in temples is also a good sign one is a part of electronicTortures(a t.i.),
tinnitus(i got sometimes harsh 3 at the same time + other things), chronic exhaustion(100% sign one is a t.i.) - one is usually after sleep more tyred then when it went to sleep which is from irradiating of someone's organism, pain anywhere in the body, heated parts of the body or fewer(this is either from ionized irradiation - xrays/gammaRays or from microwaves etc), red or burning skin(same as before),
body is shaking while at the same position(same as before - try walking here and there to release some of radiation or go take a shower), sudden aggression out of nowhere(same/similar as before), nausea/melanchonia/general-tyredness/sleepiness-through-the-day/trans/inability-to-think/disorganised-thoughts(same as before),
tooth pain or out of a sudden a tooth get's cracked(psychotronics tricks or implanted tooth via facial nerves), forced thoughts or prevention of thinking(usually eeg/other mind manipulations),
hearing voices(some call this v2k - can be angelic/demonic/bullying/etc) - which is abuse of
wNLP(wirelessNeuroLinguisticProgramming that only the one who is automatically targeted - hears - one of perfect tortures since others don't hear it and one can not turn this off, it's something like when a bully puts a blanked on and arround a cat's head and wrap it with something that a cat can not get off by itself, anything can be played into someone's head - radio news / music / etc - but here to make it look like a 'mental illness' - i made a simple software how cca it's heard which is in the "news" section - voices like 3DDolbySurround
in someone's heads is poping/whispering out of nowhere 24hours a day - very good for nerves - since it's made for psychological torture, this kind of mindTech is known by some scientists("Hearing voices" section) and is also sometimes used eg in few modern museums/airports to not bother others - of course in plus).
Etc,etc - i think you get the idea.

The most easy to micro/nano-chip anyone are usually temples(or under scalp) - because one just put it with
two needles that can be bought anywhere in the near temple areas, and voila - one is an easy target(usually done in childhood or some parties/orgies/etc).
Head is usually the most targeted - temples are the perfect spot for any professional wireless torturer/brainwasher.
There are subcategories for mind control/programming - it can be of course also used in plus(and also without micro/nano-chips),
altough t.i.-s are usually implanted for easier harsh/torturing based mind control/programming method tests.

Tips - a must have for any t.i.:

• don't forget after reading this to check
  shop/advice menu section which products/other are especially for t.i.-s

• there are at least two methods to test if you are a t.i.:
  1) simple eeg: either buy an eeg device and use it at home(there are many also in online stores), or go to a doctor(tell them you have a headache - which most t.i.-s do daily). Eeg waves are fully disrupted and mostly in high gamma state(spike bursts) - which just indicates your mind is under an electronic attack - artifitial overstimulation for later burnout/chronic-exhaustion.
  
  2) M8000 detector(here, here or other stores): while you can use it for regular 1MHz to 12GHz range(others similar have only to 6GHz),
  one must switch it to magnetic mode and just test in circles aaallll arround him/her-self from above head to feet. While this may not be
  always on all t.i.-s - on many it is. Sometimes there are news on the tv "there are magnetic storms" - don't buy into that, it's just to cover
  how "magnetic storms" beaming into someone are done(not by politics but people who know how specialized teleCommunications work):
  regular gsm triangulation(could be "pirate telecommunications" - nonRegistered or sometimes registered), psychotronics, beamforming, etc etc.
  
  3) Folks at t.j.(targetedJustice) have discovered testing for nano/micro-chips locations with regular megaphone(check somewhere on their site).
  And yes - i bought one and it works: it works quite ok on a principle of a regular electronics(altough not perfect - read on) - if you for example test it
  with regular electronic food cooker while fully on/red - megaphone will of course also detect that and start whining, that same effect is with
  other electronics, and the same is with many nano/micro-chips or artificial organic skin/human-parts in the body.
  Megaphone method may have a false positives, since it will also shrike when measuring a tiny amounts of heavy metals eg in regular walls(or even bad quality house window glasses), it may also shrike because one has a tiny amounts of heavy metals in one body(we all do - altough this is not a problem for non t.i.-s). With a little practice - this can be a good method to test body bugs/micro-implants/etc.
  Maaaany people before 1982 have chips
  especially for automated electronic tortures, hence i call this like it still is - modern concentration camp for many.

• more secure smartphone(and computer) for anti selling data(what someone does on the phone),
  especially for t.i.-s - you can check this page.

• don't eat junk food or bad water - this makes one in combination with wireless mind control a total transed up zombie.
  For food: whatevery one likes that is not a total junk, for water either water filter on pipes or distilled water(bought or home made).
  Food suplements are almost a must for any t.i., i don't use them much - but they help a little since all good food stuff(calories/etc) are when one is a hard t.i. target always mostly all destroyed right in the body/stomack/etc-tract systematically via so called nonlethal irradiation.
  I usually get harsh acid-reflux also, it's from irradiating someone's organism at the same spot. Somewhere down mentioned pemf device could help.

• check for seen operations through whole body even if you don't remember them, also check for scars behind the ears.
  You can check image in Info/tips menu:(scroll down to ear images - note: this pic will be posted in near future).
  If you go for an operation, i recommend to take someone with you to be there the whole operation if one is put into an artificial coma.

• if you have to go to mental health 'specialists' i recommend to go to some ok psychologists(wo/man), not psychiatrists who will just fill you with pills. To ward off any possible aggression from mind control(the easiest to make) go running or working, aggression(or melancholia) is artificially made with neurotic high voltage and it can be easily simulated(wired). But you have been warned - any mental health "specialist" who does not know what mind programming abuse is all about - s/he can easily unknowingly(subconsciously) brainwash you mostly via their subconsious programming/psyConditioning that they don't know they have(subconscious emotion crap/baggage/not-understanding-mcontrol-trauma/etc).
  Don't make unaware of what's going on mental health "specialists" make you believe(unintentionally brainwash) you - you have "mental illness/disorder" if you have symptoms that are written at the top of this page - your human rights have been just (usually) unlegally seriosly violated, some have won the lawsuits.
  If that's the case - walk away, that person is 100% under professional mind control abuse, automated wireless ai leading his/her mind in brainwashers favour - a kind of wirelessly programmed brainwashers pets/zombie.
  Many mental health "specialists"(ones who are not corrupted) have
  been brainwashed to work indirectly in proExploiters favour from exactly when psychiatric system was born.
  Altough there are also psychologists who aknowledge t.i.-s, eg Cathy Meadows who also wrote two books("Surviving and Thriving as a Targeted Individual" here and "Hey Mom, I'm a Targeted Individual" here).

• primary for voice hearers, but also for other t.i.-s and radio enthusiaists:
  info to check/test for different frequencies at t.j. website here(a little sdr-radio knowledge is needed, but this are not doing regular politics, but business extremists(in fact anyone that is corrupted enough),gsm or regular FM-radio networks can also be ab(normally)Used - one just for example needs appropriate less than hair nanochip under the skin at childhood, while at some parties possibly drunk,or putted there by corrupted lovers for easy money that cooperate with sadistic cult,etc).
  I made my self quite a nice wide-band scanner software for linux(will probably compile it for windows too) and it uses hackrf(rtlsdr/usrp/redpitaya/etc could be probably also compiled for). For now - it shows which frequencies are the most over-excited when one makes a full-band normalisation with two methods, some of them are: full HF band(0 till 26MHz) weird things happening there(yes,don't tell me - ghosts), below/at regual FM radio band(80MHz is quite often shown), arround 900MHz gsm/ism band(910MHz), quite a lot arround 2.4G WiFi(seems many nanochips are in that region, exactly what t.j. website says), and above 3200MHz till 5200MHz(5G WiFi band everywhere one goes - not just for home wifi - was in our country faaar before it was made official a few years back).

  one of the ways to distract V2K is to use bone conduction headphones.

  voice hearing is actually professional wNLP(wirelessNeuroLinguisticalProgramming) - main working horse of mindControl abusers,
  but just voices would not be a problem - problem is there because other tortures are there at the same time - eg specialized pain/irradiation right into the
  head/stomach/heart/etc. 

• for quick and dirty hack one can - to throw off a little neurotic/spiking/irradiative mind control signals - go into the basement or barefoot on a grass.
  When i sometimes had the most painfull irradiation of the head - i went under the house into the basement, after a few minutes head pressure/pain, agression(buildup microwaves on nerves), literally burning nerves(under microscope and eeg bursts), heated up skin/organism(because of irradiation),
  harsh tinnitus/head-noise settles down, one who hears voices - voices also become a little less harsh(always in combination via mild/harsh head irradiation), since for one to hear voices(or any other audio eg usual commercial radio inside one's head) - one must have 24hours a day established artificial telepathy
  with distant torturers transmitter - there are also detectors to detect where that brainwashers terrorist signal is comming from but quite expensive.
  Walking/sitting barefoot on the grass usually washes away mind control signals into the ground - this are mostly high voltage neurotic signals which makes agression(with time melancholia/depression/etc) and the mood "i'll kill you!" very easily - hitler was programmed this way.

• a hat which prevents emf(electroMagneticFields) - i recommend one from here.
  If one gets a mild headache it works - for harsh migraine it at least damps off a little head-pain.
  I recommend using it while sleeping putting it only on left or right side of the head, depends on which side one sleeps.

• something electronically that can force to ward off mind control/programming migraine/pain/depression/agression/etc - especially the head.
  Most of them selled on the market are variations of pemf devices(or a little more expensive antipain head-sets) - which are known to neutralize pain, for a t.i. something of a little more powerfull should suffice.
  It's not a miracle(sometimes is) - but without this one is fully cooked like a boiling animal - the best is to use it daily or when it's needed for pain management.
  Something like this is also used by some of physicians for treating of "depression".
  When one uses this - it is not that someone is healing something, it is actually literally warding off mind programming
  neurotic/spking/destructive signals, which as a results for that time 'heals' a painful part of the body or at least ease the pain.
  Eeg signals spiking bursts(a known t.i. and with that - mind control symptom) also usually normalizes when head is treated, this could be tested with eeg reader.

• one could try to guess where mind control/programming signals are comming from:
  (a t.i. is usually controlled with hybrid mindControl technology - that is microchips+telecommunications + psychotronics(don't need microchips).
  For microchips+telecommunications signals(don't be surprised - this is the best fun sport/hit on a 'black market' for many people for more than 50years - automatized):
  to guess where they are comming from you'll have to use trial and error method to see which area is best to be covered with something to soth your pain.
  I for example covered ceiling with two pieces of alluminium foil(this is for more than 1meter from body - alluminium near the body may worsen the body effects),
  and a part of the wall which i know there are in direct line with main mobile/tv/radio/etc towers(also at least two layers of alluminium foil).
  Then - i figured out that one of 'sigint'(signal intelligence) or psychotronics beams from one of the computer monitors when it is not turned off from the outlet.
  I don't pull electrical outlet out since someone that is also here would become grumpy - so i used a standing two layer metallic grid near bed to shield from this.
  All of this is better than nothing - if i get all of them off - with time it's worse. Wireless ai will try to find any spot to get to you, you may cover some area and within one/two days wireless ai will figure another way to target you(i think sigint-signalIntelligence is also capable of this when one is micro/nano-chipped).
  For psychotronics(more directed in managing soemone's psyche via eg hearing voices/migraine/etc):
  when one is arround usual home with electronics in it - it seems psychotronics are drawing also a little from that apliances to targed organism, this is why i usually recommend to have some spot/place/room/house/etc without electronics in it or at least turned off while sleeping(wifi off!) - usually the difference is there for a t.i.(there are a million signals passing by us every second - brainwasher/etc can choose any of this and implant anyone with right nano/micro-chip).
  You can try faraday cage - altough i tried it multiple times with no success - it works for a day or too and - aaaaaahhhhh what an rest and inner peace for that time(this is usuall for non t.i.-s while they take it for granted). For psychotronics - previous upper two tips works(hat for some less).

• if you are working with computers(dirty electricity):
  when one is targeted and working with a computer - wireless ai manytimes takes advantage that computers/monitors make
  quite a lot of dirty electricity(in fact most electronic devices that are not optimized). For example, when i am sitting in front of computer tyredness/nausea intensifies and as soon as i either turn off or put computer to standby/suspend(fan shuts down) - it's perfectly ok noticed that organism is a little less nervous/tyred/chaotic. Wireless ai just shoots produced computer dirty electricity into a t.i.
  Solution:
  i recommend buying mini-pc or even that intel pc on a stick - but max 15/20 watts - ideal 10 watts.
  Regular pc usually uses arround 200 to 500 watts and more(laptop a little less) and many components there produces dirty electricity.
  For monitor(if that also makes someone tyred) - there are that screen shields - but i think pc is more important.

Mind control/programming by itself is not a problem, but it depends who and how it's used(like anything else).
Professional exploiters aka spoiled psychopaths(modern mental/etc robbers) use it extensivelly for cruel/sadistic tortures on people for exploitative reasons that many people can not even imagine. Abuse of wireless mind control is easily recognized - a little more extreme cases which are written at the top of the page, or someone goes into school killing eg other people(agression/suffering psyche training) - which is kindof a tip of an iceberg(this is why i recommend going running or go working to get mind control buildup aggression out).

Why and from who?
mostly for sadistical "managing of the market" for longterm exploitations/brainwashing-experiments/sport, but

doing business with mind control usually for general exploitative waters - using many either for mind tools for
"managing the market" or doing more tests of wireless mind control - how to advance their psychological methods to get bonus from someone bigger mind control maniac(spoiled psychopaths) than them.
It's just "rub under the carpet" business - don't let others(especially mental 'specialists') know about it, soo - the good old "fascists" way thing.
  If someone is a stab in the back person - it may find people who are doing business with mind control and may pay to activate micro/nano-chips for someone who s/he is nano/micro-chipped(or use psychotronics) from that moment on usually for maany years - to target some person. This is mostly automatically - but
may be also if someone gets someone on nerves - so to speak - and is usually for them better to be silenced, made "crazy" or disabled somehow - because some like to play kings and queers(weasels dictators morrons), etc, life is to t.i.-s controlled in very "unseen" ways via wireless ai - altough not all t.i.-s are aware of it.

This is not sentimentalism - many people's lifes have been "undetectably" seriously controlled/destroyed only to test sadistic wireless ai on people without any reason - just like that like on lab rats. It goes from serial killers programmed human toys to regular people.
It could be - that whatever their wireless ai chooses later for "best of mind control", could be used to later program their 'bitches'/victims so to speak - in this case many people as mind tools explicitly for brainwashing/exploitation circle. Something like corrupted satanism.
The best of mind control was practiced on quite many - MonarchMindProgramming(also kids) - how to create

There were days when spoiled psychopaths competed who will create more - totally mind controlled slave via best of whole history tortures, so yes - all of this goes easily into crimes against humanity.
There were also days when psychologists couldn't figure out what's happening with folk, it was this.
This is the only time the direct wireless 100% mind control is used along systematic tortures(for "psychological experiments"), usuall t.i.-s through life are a part of active mind programming(not so intense because it would be too obvious) and some are a part of passive(the least intense - one can in this mode at least somehow function for basic survival needs).

Those idiots made a lot of eg making a kind of sadistic art of mind control - since they made fully functional wireless ai via eg programming someone's head via voices to make it look like it's mental illness, altough just a simple hammer on the head daily in the morning would do the trick for anyone in this
world for such tortures to be in trance whole day not being able to function - including them. Why so? if someone is using violence - eg hitting someone with hammer on the head it would be too obvious and someone could stop that, but using violent wireless mind control? not everybody is aware of that kind of violence.
Or a simple irradiation of the head(which is used extensivelly) would also do the trick - why so advanced mindTech only to try to convince mental health "specialists" someone has a "mental illness"?
