For fast human/animals tracking radars - if you but an equipment,
ensure it can detect fast rf pulses.
If you can afford - rent someone with similar rf scanning equipment.
And, Building biologists are professionals what concerns shielding a place/home/etc.

For similar rfScanners,
i have made a software which is in down image.
Doesn't have so many features - but the core is mostly the same,
the idea is to take masks(thresholds) in a place where there is less rf interferance,
and this is later checked with a place that one scans. In this case my app also use masks,
altough they are saved into a separate folder and used later whenever one needs them.
For this to work - one must also buy hackrf one - which is avalable in a lot of places(also online).
This app is not free - albeit it also is not so expensive as upper mentioned.
It needs to be polished a little - but the main thing is there.
As software as hackrf supports from 1 do 7200MHz(7.2GHz).

DeltaX - if i am not mistaken - supports till 6/12 GHz of spectrum.

In down image - there is something to check right about usual FM radio band,
altough bugs can be found also in FM radio band.
Meaning something is suspicious does not 100% mean there is something on it,
but that is with most rf/pro scanning equipment - one needs some practice to distinguish from false alarms.
One can with this then check if something is helping
targeting a t.i., gps/cellular/etc-trackers(car,home,hotels,...), etc,
altough for mobility would be of course better with a laptop.
