In-app purchases (IAPs) in our iOS app• All prices are subject to change without notice. We sometimes run promotional prices as offers or timed opportunities for eligible purchases made during the promotional period. Due to the promotional and time-sensitive nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protections or retroactive discounts or refunds on previous purchases in the event of a discount or promotion.• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.• Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration as the original "one-week" plan unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan (weekly, monthly or yearly plan).• Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase.No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.• You can cancel your subscription during the free trial period through the subscription settings through your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 for more information.• You can turn off auto-renewal of your subscription through your iTunes Account Settings. However, you cannot cancel the current subscription during its active period.• Any unused portion of the free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a Lock premium subscription.
Update these TermsWe may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes to applicable law. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you should stop using the Service and uninstall the Application. The Law of DominationThis provision shall in all respects be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without effect to any choice or conflict of law). The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.
