سياسة خصوصية قطوف | Qutoof Privacy Policy

تحترم قطوف خصوصية المستخدمين. صُمم التطبيق لقراءة كتاب رياض الصالحين والعمل بصورة أساسية دون اتصال بالإنترنت، وبدون إعلانات أو إنشاء حساب أو خدمات تتبع.
لا يقوم قطوف بجمع أو إرسال بيانات شخصية إلى خوادم المطور. لا يطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا يجمع الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف أو الموقع الجغرافي أو جهات الاتصال.
قد يحفظ التطبيق على جهاز المستخدم فقط بيانات الاستخدام الشخصية اللازمة لوظائفه، مثل:
موضع القراءة وآخر حديث تم فتحه.
الأحاديث المفضلة و«قطوفي» والمجموعات.
الملاحظات الشخصية التي يكتبها المستخدم.
خطة القراءة والتقدم والاستمرارية.
إعدادات التطبيق مثل اللغة والوضع الليلي وإظهار التشكيل.
وقت التذكير اليومي إذا قام المستخدم بتفعيله.
هذه البيانات تبقى على جهاز المستخدم ولا تُرسل إلى المطور أو إلى خادم خارجي.
إذا فعّل المستخدم التذكير اليومي، قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات من نظام Android. يستخدم هذا الإذن فقط لإظهار تذكير القراءة الذي يحدده المستخدم. تتم جدولة التنبيه محليًا على الجهاز.
قد يقرأ التطبيق المنطقة الزمنية المضبوطة على الجهاز لضمان جدولة التذكير اليومي بحسب الوقت المحلي. لا يتم إرسال هذه المعلومة إلى أي خادم.
يتيح قطوف للمستخدم مشاركة حديث كنص أو صورة باستخدام نافذة المشاركة في نظام Android. لا يرسل التطبيق المحتوى تلقائيًا إلى أي جهة؛ يختار المستخدم بنفسه التطبيق أو الخدمة التي يريد المشاركة عبرها، وتخضع الجهة المختارة لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
لا يحتوي قطوف على إعلانات، ولا يستخدم منصات تحليلات أو تتبع إعلاني.
تم تصميم المحتوى الأساسي للتطبيق للعمل دون اتصال بالإنترنت. قد يفتح المستخدم روابط المصادر أو المراجع الخارجية باختياره، وعندها تتم معالجة الاتصال بواسطة المتصفح أو الخدمة الخارجية المستخدمة.
البيانات الشخصية الخاصة بالقراءة والملاحظات تُحفظ محليًا على جهاز المستخدم طالما بقي التطبيق وبياناته موجودة. يمكن للمستخدم حذف هذه البيانات بإزالة بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات Android أو بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق. لا توجد حسابات مستخدمين أو بيانات سحابية لدى المطور تتطلب طلب حذف منفصل.
نظرًا لأن بيانات القراءة والملاحظات لا تُرسل إلى خوادم المطور، فهي تبقى ضمن مساحة تخزين التطبيق على الجهاز وتخضع لإجراءات الحماية التي يوفرها نظام Android والجهاز المستخدم.
قطوف تطبيق ديني ومرجعي عام، وليس مصممًا خصيصًا للأطفال. لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات شخصية من الأطفال أو البالغين.
قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة عند إضافة خصائص جديدة أو عند تغير المتطلبات القانونية أو متطلبات Google Play. سيتم نشر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى هذه الصفحة.

Qutoof respects user privacy. The app is designed for reading Riyadh Al-Salheen and works primarily offline, with no ads, no account creation, and no tracking services.
Qutoof does not collect or transmit personal data to developer-controlled servers. The app does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, or contacts.
The app may store the following information only on the user's device in order to provide its features:
Reading position and the last opened hadith.
Favorites, My Qutoof items, and collections.
Personal notes entered by the user.
Reading plan, progress, and streak information.
App preferences such as language, dark mode, and diacritics display.
The daily reminder time if the user enables reminders.
This information remains on the device and is not transmitted to the developer or an external server.
If the user enables the daily reading reminder, Qutoof may request Android notification permission. This permission is used only to display the reading reminder chosen by the user. Reminder scheduling is handled locally on the device.
The app may read the device's configured time zone to schedule reminders according to local time. This information is not transmitted to any server.
Qutoof lets users share a hadith as text or an image through the Android system share sheet. Qutoof does not automatically send content to any third party. The user explicitly selects the receiving app or service, which is governed by that service's own privacy policy.
Qutoof contains no advertising and does not use advertising trackers or analytics platforms.
The app's core content is designed to work offline. Users may choose to open external source or reference links, in which case the selected browser or external service handles that connection.
Reading data and personal notes remain locally on the user's device while the app and its data remain installed. Users can delete this local data through Android's app-storage settings or by uninstalling Qutoof. Qutoof does not provide user accounts or developer-hosted cloud data that require a separate account-deletion request.
Because reading activity and notes are not transmitted to developer-controlled servers, they remain within the app's local storage area and are protected by the security mechanisms provided by Android and the user's device.
Qutoof is a general religious and reference app and is not specifically designed for children. The app does not collect personal information from children or adults.
This policy may be updated when new features are added or when legal or Google Play requirements change. The latest update date will be shown at the top of this page.
