طلب حذف الحساب – تطبيق قروشي

كيفية تقديم الطلب: لطلب حذف حسابك من تطبيق قروشي، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي: 📧

واستخدام عنوان الرسالة: "طلب حذف حسابي من قروشي".

يرجى تضمين المعلومات التالية في رسالتك:

• أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بحسابك.
  
  

البيانات التي سيتم حذفها:

• الاسم.
  
  

• البريد الإلكتروني.
  
  

• رقم الهاتف.
  
  

• أي بيانات أخرى مرتبطة بحسابك في قاعدة بياناتنا.
  
  

مدة تنفيذ الحذف: سيتم تنفيذ طلب الحذف خلال 7 أيام من استلام الرسالة والتأكد من ملكيتك للحساب. لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة من بياناتك بعد تنفيذ الحذف.

How to submit the request: To request deletion of your Quroshi account, please contact us at: 📧

 With the subject: "Request to delete my Quroshi account".

Please include the following information in your email:

• The email address associated with your account.
  
  

• Or the phone number associated with your account.
  
  

Data that will be deleted:

• Name.
  
  

• Email address.
  
  

• Phone number.
  
  

• Any other data linked to your account in our database.
  
  

Deletion time: We will process the deletion request within 7 days after verifying account ownership. We do not retain any of your data after deletion
