Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
QuranPlay subscriptions are managed by Apple.
To cancel:
1. Open the iPhone Settings app
2. Tap your Apple ID name
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select QuranPlay
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open QuranPlay, go to the paywall or settings screen, and tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
How do I remove downloads?
Open QuranPlay settings and use the clear downloads option.
Why are lyrics or tafsir unavailable for some reciters?
Some reciters support synced Quran text, tafsir audio, or ayah timing, while others may not yet support those features. We are continuously improving coverage.
Why does Quran First need Screen Time permission?
Quran First uses Apple Screen Time APIs to help you build a Quran listening habit before opening selected distracting apps. This feature is optional and only works if you grant
permission.
Does QuranPlay show my location on the globe?
No. Global Recitation only uses aggregated region or country-level listening activity. QuranPlay does not show usernames, exact GPS points, or individual users.
