These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quran Daily Quotes mobile application, related content, features, and services (collectively, the “App”), operated by the developer of Quran Daily Quotes (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Quran Daily Quotes is a mobile application designed to provide users with Quran-related quotes, reflections, reminders, and thematic inspirational content. The App may include, without limitation:
daily quotes and passages;
categorized spiritual and motivational content;
notifications and reminders;
bookmarking, favorites, or similar personalization features;
subscription-based premium access to certain content or functionality.
The App is intended for informational, educational, and personal spiritual reflection purposes only.
You may use the App only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you confirm that:
you have read and understood these Terms;
you agree to comply with them;
you will use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.
These Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also comply with any applicable terms of the platform from which you downloaded it, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
To the extent required by applicable law:
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims;
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
The App may be used without creating a dedicated account unless certain features require authentication or platform-level access. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all features of the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App.
You agree that you will not:
use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it except as expressly permitted;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or operation of the App;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, related systems, or networks;
use automated means, bots, scripts, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or extract content from the App;
remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
The App may display Quranic quotes, translations, excerpts, summaries, reminders, or thematic references. While we strive to present content carefully and respectfully, you acknowledge and agree that:
content in the App is provided for general informational and devotional use;
translations, interpretations, categorizations, themes, and summaries may vary by source, school of thought, or editorial presentation;
the App is not a substitute for scholarly, theological, legal, or religious advice from qualified experts;
you are responsible for how you interpret, rely on, or use the content.
We make reasonable efforts to present content respectfully, but we do not warrant that all content will be complete, error-free, universally accepted, or suitable for every purpose or viewpoint.
The App may offer local or push notifications, including daily reminders, quote alerts, or other app-related notifications. By enabling notifications on your device, you consent to receiving such notifications through your device settings and the App’s notification functionality.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App, if that option is available.
We are not responsible for:
delayed or failed notification delivery;
device-level notification restrictions;
interruptions caused by your operating system, internet service, Apple services, or third-party infrastructure.
The App may offer one or more auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium content, features, or functionality (“Subscription” or “Subscriptions”).
Subscription options, including title, billing period, price, and included benefits, are displayed in the App before purchase. Subscription pricing may vary by country, currency, promotional offer, storefront, or applicable taxes.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through the App Store.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your Subscription renews automatically. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price, unless otherwise disclosed.
You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your Subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited upon purchase of a Subscription where permitted by applicable law and according to App Store rules.
All billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple’s applicable policies.
We may change, modify, discontinue, or reprice subscription plans, features, or benefits at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law and App Store rules. Any such changes will apply in accordance with Apple’s subscription system and applicable notice requirements.
Apple requires apps offering auto-renewable subscriptions to disclose subscription title, length, price, and functional links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use in the app itself, and to include Terms of Use in App Store metadata either through the description or the EULA field. Apple also documents that auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled and are configured in App Store Connect.
The App, including its design, layout, organization, selection, compilation, text, graphics, icons, logos, software, and other materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no part of the App may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.
If you provide us with feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations regarding the App (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information may be handled in connection with the App.

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, or may rely on third-party infrastructure, including Apple services. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, terms, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the relevant third party.
We may, at any time and without liability:
modify, update, improve, or discontinue any part of the App;
change available content, features, or subscription offerings;
impose limits on certain features;
restrict access to part or all of the App.
We do not guarantee that the App, or any feature or content within it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS;
THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT;
DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
THE APP OR ANY SERVERS OR SYSTEMS USED IN CONNECTION WITH IT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
