Privacy Policy — Quorvexa

Overview
Quorvexa is a personal disc golf journal. It helps you store courses, round scorecards, disc bag details, putting practice sessions, and on-device charts. Quorvexa is designed to work offline and does not require creating an account.

Information we collect
Quorvexa does not collect personal identity data such as name, email, phone number, or payment details for a Quorvexa account, because Quorvexa does not offer accounts.

The only content Quorvexa stores is what you enter inside the app, for example: course names, locations, hole counts, par totals, and notes; round dates, weather labels, hole scores, putts, and round notes; disc nicknames, molds, plastics, flight numbers, bag status, and notes; putting practice distance, attempts, makes, and notes; optional preferences shown in Settings.

That content is saved in local storage on your device (SQLite). It is not transmitted to a Quorvexa server.

Information we do not collect
Quorvexa does not request or use camera or photo library access, microphone, contacts, location for tracking, advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking, or login credentials for a Quorvexa cloud service. Quorvexa does not display third-party ads and does not sell user data.

How we use information
Local data is used only to provide app features on your device: scorecards, bag management, putting logs, dashboards, and charts. Charts and summaries are calculated from the numbers you enter; they are not medical, legal, or professional coaching advice.

Sharing
We do not upload your Quorvexa library to our servers. We do not share journal contents with third parties for advertising or analytics networks. If you use system share or clipboard yourself, that action is under your control.

Data retention and deletion
Data remains on the device until you delete items in the app or uninstall Quorvexa (OS removes the app’s local database).

Children
Quorvexa is a general sports utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security
Data stays on your device. Protect the device with passcode/biometrics and keep the OS updated.

Changes
Policy updates ship with a new Quorvexa version and an updated effective date / in-app Settings summary.
