6. HOW OUR QUIZ CONTENT IS PREPARED
QuizOpa's questions and explanations are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and are then organised into the courses, subjects and stages you see in the app. Working this way lets us cover a very wide range of subjects and keep adding fresh material regularly, so there is always something new for you to practise.
AI is a powerful helper, but like any study source — including printed guidebooks and past papers — it is not perfect. Once in a while a question, an answer key or an explanation may need correction. We would rather be open with you about this, so you always know exactly what you are studying from.
Use QuizOpa the way it is meant to be used: as a practice and revision companion that helps you test yourself, discover your weak areas and build confidence before the real thing. For anything that must be exactly right — final exam answers, official syllabus details, or admission and job test rules — please confirm it with your textbook, your teacher, or the official body concerned. That is sound study practice with any app or guidebook, not only ours.

Every report is read by our team, and genuine corrections are applied to the content. There is no limit on how many reports you may send, and you will never be penalised for sending them. Your reports make QuizOpa more accurate for you and for every other student using it — so please don't hesitate.
7. CERTIFICATES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
QuizOpa may award you a certificate when you complete certain quizzes, stages, or challenges within the app. These certificates are our way of recognising your effort and celebrating the knowledge you have gained.

An appreciation award from QuizOpa, given to you for completing the requirements set inside the app.
A personal record of your learning journey — something to be proud of, and to keep you motivated to continue.
🔹 What your certificate is not:
It is not an academic degree, diploma, or any officially accredited qualification.
It is not issued by, affiliated with, or recognised by any school, college, university, examination board, government department, or employer.
It does not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, or success in any examination or test.
It is not intended to be submitted as a formal qualification for jobs, admissions, or any other official purpose.
We are proud of every learner who earns one, and we hope it encourages you to keep going. The certificate marks the milestone — but the real reward is the knowledge and confidence you build along the way.
8. DATA SECURITY
We value your trust. We use industry-standard security methods to protect your data. However, no method of digital storage is 100% secure.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
QuizOpa does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will remove it immediately.
