Quiz Taxi & NCC Liguria – Informativa sulla privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 16/09/2026

1. In breve

•     progressi, statistiche, elenco degli errori e domande già viste;

•     la città per la toponomastica e la lingua straniera che hai scelto;

Puoi modificarlo in qualsiasi momento in Impostazioni > Privacy e sicurezza > Tracciamento.

•     Fonte ufficiale: https://www.ge.camcom.gov.it/it/avvia/albi-ruoli-ed-elenchi/ruolo-dei-conducenti

Quiz Taxi & NCC Liguria – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16/09/2026

The Quiz Taxi & NCC Liguria app (the "App") is developed by Michele Lavarini (the "Developer"), a private individual, and distributed through Google Play and the App Store. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, for what purposes, and which choices you have.

1. Summary

•     The App requires no sign-up and does not ask for your name, email, phone number or location.

•     Your study progress stays on your device and is not sent to the Developer.

•     The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may process some technical device data according to the choices you make in the consent form.

•     The questions come from the database published by the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa (Camera di Commercio di Genova). The App is a private, independent project.

2. Data processed and storage

The following is saved in the App's local storage on your device:

•     progress, statistics, the list of mistakes and the questions already seen;

•     the city for the street-names section and the foreign language you chose;

•     your acceptance of this policy.

This data never leaves your device and the Developer cannot access it. You can delete progress, statistics and mistakes from the Statistics screen ("Azzera tutto"); uninstalling the App or clearing its data from the device settings removes everything.

Error reports: if you use the report function on a question, the App opens your email app with a pre-filled message (App name and version, question code and text, subject, city or language). The message is sent only if you choose to send it. In that case the Developer receives your email address and the content of the message, which are used only to reply and fix the question and are not shared with third parties.

Review requests: from time to time the App may invite you to rate it through the official Google Play or App Store feature. Reviews are handled entirely by Google or Apple.

3. Advertising and third-party services

The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google, to show banner and full-screen ads. To deliver, measure and, if you consent, personalize ads, AdMob may process data such as the device advertising identifier, IP address, technical information about the device and interactions with ads.

•     In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google's consent form is shown at first launch, where you choose whether to allow personalized ads. Without consent only non-personalized ads are shown.

•     On iOS the App asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) only if you did not refuse personalization in the consent form. You can change it at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Google's processing of data is governed by its own policies:

•     Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

•     How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

4. Age and children

The App is intended for adults preparing for the exam to enter the register of taxi and chauffeured car hire (NCC) drivers. It is not directed at children under 14 and the Developer does not knowingly collect data about them.

5. Content source and independence

Questions and answers are taken from the files published by the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa, which runs the drivers' register exams for the whole Liguria region, and are reproduced as published by the source. The exam simulation follows the guidelines available on the same page.

•     Official source: https://www.ge.camcom.gov.it/it/avvia/albi-ruoli-ed-elenchi/ruolo-dei-conducenti

The App is a private, independent project. The Developer does not represent the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa, the Liguria Region or any other public body, and there is no affiliation, partnership, authorization or sponsorship with them.

6. Disclaimer

•     Content is provided for study purposes only. The Developer does not guarantee that the database is always complete and up to date with the versions published by the source or with regulatory changes.

•     The App does not guarantee passing the exam and the Developer is not responsible for its outcome.

•     For requirements, dates and registration, the information published by the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa always prevails.

7. Your choices

•     Ads: you can review your ad preferences from the "Preferenze annunci" link at the bottom of the main screen, where available in your region.

•     Advertising identifier: on Android you can reset or delete it in the device settings (Google > Ads); on iOS you can deny tracking in the privacy settings.

•     Study data: you can reset it in the App or delete it by uninstalling the App.

•     Rights: you can exercise the rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (access, rectification, erasure, objection) by writing to the Developer, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
