Privacy Policy — Quiz Ispettore Revisione

Ultimo aggiornamento: 10 settembre 2026

1. In breve

●        l'identificativo pubblicitario del dispositivo e l'app set ID;

●        l'indirizzo IP, dal quale può essere dedotta la zona geografica approssimativa;

Riferimento istituzionale: https://www.mit.gov.it/normativa/decreto-direttoriale-n-520-del-05122025.

7. Scelte dell'utente

In qualsiasi momento puoi:

●        rivedere o modificare il consenso alla pubblicità dalla voce "Preferenze annunci" nelle impostazioni dell'App;

●        reimpostare o eliminare l'identificativo pubblicitario dalle impostazioni di sistema del dispositivo, su Android e su iOS;

●        azzerare statistiche, errori e progressi dalle impostazioni dell'App;

●        disinstallare l'App, eliminando così ogni dato salvato localmente.

Privacy Policy — Quiz Ispettore Revisione

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. In brief

Quiz Ispettore Revisione is a study app for the Italian qualifying examination for inspectors at authorised vehicle roadworthiness testing centres. It is developed by Michele Lavarini and distributed through Google Play and the App Store.

The App asks you to sign up for nothing, creates no account, and ties what you study to no identity. Your progress stays on your phone. The only processing of data that takes place concerns advertising, described in section 3.

2. Data collected and storage

The Developer does not collect, receive or retain personally identifying data: no name, no email address, no phone number, no precise location.

Your answers, per-topic statistics, the list of questions to review, the questions not yet seen and the selected exam module are stored solely in the local memory of your device, in separate records for module B and module C. This data never leaves the phone: it does not pass through any server belonging to the Developer, who operates none.

Uninstalling the App removes this data from the device. The reset function in the App settings erases it permanently as well: there is no copy elsewhere from which it could be recovered.

3. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features, and the Developer neither receives nor processes any payment data.

To serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and process technical device data, including:

●        the device advertising identifier and the app set ID;

●        the IP address, from which an approximate geographic area may be inferred;

●        interactions with the ads and diagnostic information about how the App performs.

This data is transmitted by Google over an encrypted connection and is not available to the Developer in individual form.

On first launch the App requests consent through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), compliant with the IAB TCF v2 standard. On iOS devices, permission is also requested via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If you decline consent for personalised advertising, every part of the App keeps working and ads are shown in non-personalised form.

Google's processing of this data is described in its own policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Age and minors

The App is aimed at an adult, professional audience: qualifying as an authorised inspector requires a technical qualification and work experience in the vehicle sector, requirements incompatible with being a minor.

The Developer does not knowingly collect data from minors and has no means of doing so, since no identifying data is collected at all.

5. Content source and independence

The questions come from Annex "A" to Directorial Decree no. 520 of 5 December 2025, issued by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Directorate-General for Motor Vehicles, which approves the list of questions used in the qualifying examination for authorised inspectors from 1 January 2026, for module B and module C.

Official reference: https://www.mit.gov.it/normativa/decreto-direttoriale-n-520-del-05122025.

The classification of questions by topic is derived from the previous edition of the same question bank, published on 17 February 2022, which carries for each question the module and topic code established by the State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2019. The App merely reorganises public content into an interactive form, without altering its wording or its answers.

This App is a private, independent project. It is unofficial, is not affiliated with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the Territorial Directorates-General, the Regions or any other public body, and is neither endorsed nor sponsored by them. The Developer does not represent those bodies. The App does not allow users to register for the examination or to complete any administrative procedure.

6. Disclaimer

The App is a study aid, not a source of law. The Developer does not warrant that the content is free of errors, nor that it will immediately reflect updates to the ministerial question bank or changes to the examination rules.

The result of a simulation taken in the App has no official value and does not predict the outcome of the real examination. The Developer is not liable for the outcome of examinations taken by users, nor for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the App's content.

For admission requirements, venues, dates and examination procedures, users must refer solely to the competent Territorial Directorate-General and to their Region or autonomous Province.

7. Your choices

At any time you can:

●        review or change your advertising consent from the "Preferenze annunci" (Ad preferences) entry in the App settings;

●        reset or delete the advertising identifier from your device's system settings, on both Android and iOS;

●        clear statistics, errors and progress from the App settings;

●        uninstall the App, thereby removing all locally stored data.

Because the Developer retains no data attributable to an individual, the Developer is not in a position to act on requests for access, rectification or erasure: there is no archive in which to look for them.

8. Contact

To report an error in a question, or to ask about this policy or any other aspect of the App: michele.lavarini@gmail.com.

Reports of errors in the questions are welcome and are checked against the official text of the decree.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, to the third-party services it uses, or to applicable law. The date at the top of the document always indicates the latest revision.

Substantial changes will be noted in the App's release notes. Continuing to use the App after a new version of this policy has been published means you have taken note of it.
