Vinificação
Uvas colhidas à mão e selecionadas manualmente. Desengace total, maceração pelicular a frio em tanque de inox e prensagem. A fermentação do mosto é lenta a frio em inox.
Estágio
Estágio parcial por 6 meses em barricas de carvalho francês de 225 litros com battonage, depois em inox. Até ao engarrafamento teve apenas estabilização natural e filtração cuidada.
Perfil
É um vinho seco, fresco com sabores citrinos e com um toque floral em equilíbrio com notas tostadas e minerais. Corpo elegante, volume e boa acidez natural que lhe confere um notável carácter gastronómico e longevidade.

Vinification
Hand-harvested and manually sorted grapes. Total destemming, pre-fermentation cold maceration in stainless steel tank and pressing. Slow cold fermentation in the tank.
Aging
Part of the wine rested 6 months in 225-liter French oak barrel with battonage. Until bottling the wine was kept in stainless steel tank for natural stabilization. For bottling it underwent a careful filtration process.
Profile
It is a dry, fresh wine with citrus flavors and a touch of floral notes in balance with toasty and mineral notes. It has an elegant body and volume, as well as good natural acidity, which gives it a remarkable gastronomic character and longevity.
